Hi Sam, thanks for your positive feedback. We have a Unox oven here as well in the kitchen space downstairs and the Unox Detergent keeps it sparkling clean. In fact it does a much better job of cleaning the inside than I do of cleaning the outside of the oven. All the best Neil
