I ordered the window bird feeder back in December and just got around to trying to assemble it. Don't bother purchasing because this is a piece of garbage, a waste of resources and there are probably thousands of them now resting in landfills across the globe. It is nothing like what is advertised. The cheap plastic “window” is cloudy even with the protective film removed, and more importantly, this thing is IMPOSSIBLE to assemble! Every time I got one piece inserted (the bottom), the top piece slips out. If I do manage to get both inserted, then the sides bow and so the side pieces are impossible to insert. That’s as far as I got after many, many tries to insert everything in the order instructed.

What these inserts SHOULD HAVE are longer TABS that would be bent back after insertion to secure them in place; not just a very thin and narrow piece that barely fits in another piece. And the mathematics are all off because of the way the sides BOW OUT when the top and the bottom have been placed, making it impossible to add the side pieces. I’ve truly NEVER SEEN SUCH A POORLY DESIGNED, CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT. What a shame. I was so excited about it when I ordered it.

Obvious from the ratings, this company has serious issues. Stay away.

I wrote them asking for a refund of my hard-earned money and they declined, citing out of warranty. What warranty? I doubt there even was one. I threw my money away.

Product looks great online but is cheap junk, its that simple! I purchased the window bird feeder for my wife and was too embarrassed to even give it to her! Don't waste your time. I would have paid a little more for a quality product but this isn't the one you're looking for!!

Ordered the Clear Window Tray Birdfeeder. Looked nothing like the nice wooden one on the website. Made from thin balsa wood, IMPOSSIBLE to assemble! Sylaza will not give me a return. They got me! I wish I had seen Trustpilot first!

Do not throw your money away. This product came to me broken, which is not surprising considering the cheap materials it was made from. I sent pictures of the broken item to customer service. They proceeded to tell me that it was not broken and I should go ahead and assemble it. I found this comment insulting to say the least. As of date they have not offered to compensate me in any way.

Essentially the same thing happened to me. Bought two bird window feeders that were supposed to look finished, got a unfinished product that looks 1000% different than what advertised. Unwilling to return, offered via what appears to be their automated response 15-30%. Disputing with my credit card, as this is not only a scam, false advertisement, and quality issue. Trying to report with the BBB and FTC

If I could give this company a negative I would. The product we recieved is NOTHING like what is shown in the picture. We bought the window birdfeeder and it is tiny compared to the measurements they give you. They will only give you a 15%-20% refund and claim that since it is still a "working" product they will not give full refunds back. DO NOT BUY!

STAY AWAY! This company is a scam. I should have known better ordering from a website that advertised on facebook. I bought a clear window bird feeder for $39.99. The product that I received did not look anything like what was advertised. It was a cheaply made product. I reached out to their customer service and requested for a refund immediately after receiving the package. They offered me a 15% refund since the item is still usable. How pathetic!! I tried leaving multiple reviews on their website under the item that I ordered. It lets me enter my reviews, but does not actually post them. I am sure that all the reviews on their site are fraudulent. I filed a complaint against them with the FTC.

Don’t go there. Product was not worth the box it was shipped in. They offered me a discount on my next purchase and a 20% refund Product is not worth the shipping cost

This is a scam company! Do not buy from them! They take your money and you never get your product. Then when you ask them for a refund, they only offer a small percentage back. Also, their tracking site is shady af. This business is a total scam

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Two problems here: #1 the delivery company UniUni delivered my package to the wrong address, took a picture of my package at the wrong address but yet said they made the delivery and said "not my problem". #2 Sylaza basically looked at the picture of my package at the wrong address and said "sorry not our problem." And told me to go to the post office and file a claim. Ridiculous. No wonder they have so many 1 Star Reviews. They're terrible.

Same thing, bought the window bird feeder, which looked great in the ad. Got a cheap piece of crap, missing parts, that looked NOTHING like the ads. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!

I recently ordered a $45 window bird feeder. When I received it it was not in proper packaging, just shoved in a plain cardboard box. When I opened it I noticed a 2-3 inch crack in the window. I reached out to customer service about it. They offered a 30% refund, stating I could tape the crack of glue it to seal it. I declined arguing that it was meant as a birthday gift. After a little back and forth the best they would do is 45% refund. My other choice would be to return it at my expense. I am begrudgingly accepting the 45% so I at least get something out of it. But I will also be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to BBB.

Bait and switch! Paid $60 and shipping for a large GLASS hot air balloon and got a cheap plastic small Rinky-dink replica of what was advertised. Do not buy from this company. Save your money! Bad business Sylaza!!!

I would give 0 stars but it's not an option. I ordered a large beautiful hot air balloon solar lantern and was sent a small cheaply made product I found on Temu for $11.99 and I paid $49.99 plus shipping and tax. Now the product isn't on their website. I had a delayed ship date as the product never actually shipped and now they want to give me 10% back and are not willing to work with me as they shipped a false product and did false advertising.

Items do not resemble advertised photos at all. BUYER BEWARE! Find another site to shop.

Purchased something for my friends from this company on 11/24 and still have not received anything from them. I continue to get a message showing a tracking number that has been received to the same location in the same city in NY 7 different times. I have told them if I don’t receive proper tracking information about my package by tomorrow I will dispute the charge with my bank. This was $150.00 worth of stuff.

Screwed us on price and size. We paid for the large balloon but they sent the small one. We want the large one that we paid for.

The peacock spinner did not assemble properly. Wrong parts. I bought 2 almost $80.00. Disappointed because they won’t answer my return request email. What a loss for me. I do believe it’s a scam.

This a scam charged $45 for an item that's about 8 inches high, and very cheaply made.. this product is made in CHINA and the website says all products are made in the United States.

Stay away from ordering these products...
