everything was great after we received…

everything was great after we received our delivery. However, we have yet to receive the plancha that came as a purchase for buying a Baron model.

Poor customer service

Hi I bought a victory star range hood , first of all they delivered the hood almost 4 weeks later that delayed my kitchen work drastically and second thing when we installed the hood find out that middle light is faulty , called TAA and emailed back and forth for 2 weeks, nothing happened , TA Appliance said that manufacturer will fix , and manufacturer said TA Appliance , finally called a technician and got it fixed as my kitchen’s other related works were getting delayed , asked them to reimburse the 75$ which I paid to the technician , both the parties played a blame game , TA Appliance said Victory will pay and vis versa , upset and frustrated consumer .

Our customer service team submitted a warranty request on your behalf, but unfortunately you had decided to hire a third party servicer yourself, which is not following the rules with the warranty process. Dishwasher purchase

Our sales associate, Maxine Newhouse, was very knowledgeable. She did not rush us or pressure us. Her patience helped us make an informed decision on the dishwasher that would fit our needs the best.

The salesman was excellent extremely…informative

The salesman was excellent extremely informative wasn't pushing me one way or another said it would be in for pickup in 2 days and it was. The warehouse couldn't find the warming rack no problem they would purolate one in 4 days no problem 3 weeks later still no warming rack. Went into the store to inquire they were going to look into it another 4 days go by then I get an email from percolator with a shipping number. 5 more days go by and still no rack. There Sims to be a communication issue between shipping and receiving 🙃 🙂 😅
No problem using the griddle without the rack but
Because I paid fot it I would like to have it.

Unfortunately it took 3 days for the…

Unfortunately it took 3 days for the fridge doors to reverse the swing of the doors
1st attempt by the delivery personnel no tools forgot them up in Barrie.
2nd attempt the delivery personnel had a difficult time attempting to reverse the doors.
3rd attempt Hilton arrived and within approx. 1/2 hr. had the doors reversed.

The salesman sold me a brand new broken…

The salesman sold me a brand new broken unit and then refused to take it back or exchange it
It told me it was my problem to call the manufacturer
I would never use this company again and I will tell everybody I know not to use it. It was the worst service I have ever seen.
I’m thinking of calling the place who makes the appliance and complaining to them about who they’re allowing to sell their appliances
I understand mistakes happen when things are under production, but you selling this is your responsibility to make sure I get a working proper product

We apologize for experiencing problems with your appliance. Obviously it is not ideal to receive an appliance that is not fully functional, and we have no way of knowing this as it comes from the manufacturer and directly to the customer. Once the appliance is in the home, our teams must follow the appropriate steps and procedures in place with the manufacturer, as it is their warranty and instructions that are in place that we must follow towards a working appliance.

Early observation is the product looks and works great.
Was told at storefront I could use the Traeger app, not true.
The owners manual is way too sparse.

It's easy if you know what you're looking for

I knew what I wanted before I went to the store, so buying was very quick and easy, plus I got a great discount because I bought a complete kitchen even though I mixed appliance manufacturers.

Order for Weber Spirit was made

Order for Weber Spirit was made , deposit paid. Week later was advised my order wouldn't come in for 3 months. How could you not know this when the
order was processed? This is not 2021 anymore.

Complicated fridge repair and installation -- well done!

We had a tricky and urgent situation with a fridge in need of both repair and installation at our rural new build. The team was fast and responsive. They got the job done, even with the various complications, and we were so appreciative and impressed!

Our sales associate David was knowledgable, helpful and communicated all the details of our new BBQ purchase effectively.
While we wait for a few additional items from our order to be shipped directly to our house at no cost we are enjoying our new BBQ that was recently delivered at no cost. We live outside of the city so that was a nice touch. Thanks TA
