The process wasn't quick due to lock down, but once tailwise found us a breederit was quick and easy. We have been in constant contact via zoom,WhatsApp video and emails we have seen plenty of our new puppy. Can't fault our experience.

Brilliant experience! I couldn’t recommend the Tailwise team enough. Beverley and Sarah have helped us through the whole process. We were matched with a fantastic breeder back in February and will be picking up our puppy next week. We applied for a dog back in October 2020 and it is now the middle of May 2021. No updates, don't reply to messages. We actually managed to book a video interview in February, went to login to the link that was sent and the meeting had been cancelled without our knowledge. I would recommend going to Pets4Homes and looking for a responsible breeder yourself and cut out this time-wasting middle man!

After feeling completely overwhelmed I signed up to Tailwise. We were introduce to Beverley who did a fantastic job in getting to know us, our family and connecting us safely to a responsible breeder.
Having this endorsement from Tailwise meant we could relax knowing that our breeder had been screened by the experts. Beverley was also on hand to guide us through the process, giving expert advice on the way.
We collected our puppy, Ziggy (Miniature Dachshund) this weekend and he's already settled into our home.

After trying to find a puppy and not really knowing where to look, I stumbled across an advert for tailwise from a breeder’s Facebook page. I decided to take a look and apply, the application was easy to do and gave plenty of space to explain our circumstances and reasons for wanting a puppy. Within a matter of days we received an email saying there was a puppy which fitted our requirements and a video call was set up to complete the application. Beverley was amazing on the video chat and gave us so much information on our chosen breed, breeders and puppies. We were accepted by both tailwise and the breeder. Tailwise kept in contact along our journey to ensure we were doing ok. 8 weeks later, I am sat writing this review with our new baby girl fast asleep in my arms! I cannot recommend tailwise enough, with so much uncertainty out there at the minute regarding thefts, fraud etc, it was great to have the peace of mind that we were getting only the best. I have told everyone who will listen about this service and I would use it again in the future. Keep up the good work guys, I think it’s fab

Such a positive experience! We were so worried about finding a responsible breeder but came across Tailwise and are now waiting to pick up a beautiful Cockapoo puppy. I'll be picking up my lovely girl cockerpoo puppy in three weeks from now which will be a bit more than 3 months since I first contacted Tailwise. I provided some details about myself and about the puppy I wanted. Beverley's vetting interview was good fun. After that they managed everything for me and arranged the introduction to the breeder. I was very impressed with the breeder and can't imagine how I would have found him without the help of tailwise. Looking forward to picking up my pup now. Thankyou Tailwise.

We have been KC Assured, 5☆ rated Licensed breeders of Labradors, Cocker Spaniels and Miniature Smooth Dachshunds for 18yrs now.
We are passionate about what we do and are very pleased to be working with Tailwise. They are just as passionate as us about placing the right puppy with the right family.
They have helped me hugely during the past difficult covid months. We have never advertised our puppies on the run of the mill websites and now we've teamed up with Tailwise we will never have to!
They have introduced me to great families offering loving homes.
All have been previously vetted so I know they meet my requirements. All have been given lots of information about their chosen breed and all have been made aware of the various health concerns and traits of the breed. I can't thank Tailwise enough. We've been absolutely delighted with Tailwise, the breeder and the dogs and puppies we've met.
We were so worried about puppy farms and untrustworthy breeders, the Tailwise process has been very reassuring and easy for us. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to find a safe and reputable breeder.

Well this is awkward, I help screen the breeders and the puppy parents at Tailwise and in doing so I fell in love with one of the gorgeous pups myself. I promise to leave some beautiful pups for others, but my lovely Betty used to the youngest of three dogs, but sadly she's the only one now and well there's a lot of space on the sofa and in our hearts. And I know this will be a pup going from one loving home to another. Two of my three last dogs were rescues, but it was time for a pup to keep Betty and me young. I am experiencing our own platform from the other side and over the next few weeks I suspect the young pup will be with me when I am screening as I try to practise errorless housetraining!

From start to finish they were excellent! The company care. I adopted a puppy, from a breeder who was exceptional, knowledgeable and patient with me (as a first time dog mum). Without Tailwise this would not have been possible, at least as simply.
I had no trust in buying online from reading soo many horrible stories and seeing all the unethical and opportunistic breeders out there. When I came across Tailwise I was suspicious at first but soon all my worries were put to rest. This company want to know about you and the breeders, ensuring everything is above board on all sides. I read a lot of reviews about them and personally don't review much at all but given how dubious I was and how important it is to use a caring, ethical breeder, I wanted to review them so you know they are the real deal.
Highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy adopt a pet.

Tailwise is an amazing site for both breeders and puppy owners. Being a breeder its a scary world finding the perfect forever home and there is so much comfort with tailwise to know that they have checked over all the potential puppy owners before information is passed on. Also great for puppy owners as they also know the breeders have been checked out throughly. The team is amazing with support and are always there at the end of the phone if you need them. I also love the introduction process to new potential owners as you really get to connect with the staff and they also get to be involved from start to finish.
