I can't leave a review on the website but be warned.

I wasn’t able to leave a review on the website, so I’m posting this here instead. I ordered the heavyweight hoodie and sweatpants bundle, and after only three months they’re literally falling apart. The fabric is breaking down, the stitching is coming undone, and they look like they’ve been worn for years.

For something marketed as “heavyweight,” the quality is embarrassingly bad. I’ve owned cheaper clothes that have lasted significantly longer. This has easily been one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’ll be warning others to avoid wasting their money.

I got scammed out of $250

I spent $250 on a sweater and sweatpants that were too small. I requested for an exchange. Was given a return label for the items so I sent them in for an exchange. I was shocked to receive my items back stating they would not exchange because the items were “not in new condition” and “smelled like perfume”.

I literally tried on the items one time and realized them were too small right away, put them back in the original bag and mailed them back to the company.

I did not wear the items as they were too small so if they were “not in new condition” that is how they were mailed to me when I ordered them. I smelled them to see what perfume scent they were talking about and they do not smell like any perfume at all. I reached out to customer support to get this resolved and they said there is no solution. I am so frustrated to now be out $250 and have nothing to show for it as I cant even wear the items I purchased.

DO NOT waste your money!

It’s a sin because I like the quality…

It’s a sin because I like the quality of ther product but their logistics and customer service are terrible. They say 3-5 days processing time, 2 times that I have ordered it has been longer than that. Add to it economy shipping and you’d be better ordering something from overseas than Cali because it’s going to take 2-3 weeks to ever see your item. I am done with Talentless

Misleading shipping info

Talentless’ shipping information is extremely misleading. Their website states 3–4 business days, but this is not accurate.

My first order took over two weeks to arrive. When I reached out, I was assured it was a one-time issue and that future orders would ship within their advertised timeframe. Unfortunately, that has proven untrue.

I placed another order and it has now been 9 days, and my package still hasn’t even left their warehouse…USPS is still waiting to receive it.

They need to be honest and realistic with customers and update their website to reflect real shipping expectations, closer to two weeks, not 3–4 days. The repeated delays and misleading advertising are extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Men's heavyweight hoodie - buyer beware

Purchased the men's heavyweight hoodie, wore it 5 or 6 times, and it's got 3 different rips along various seams. Contacted customer service and was told 'sorry, outside of 90 day warranty' For a $90 hoodie, extremely poor quality. Buyer beware - there are much better options out there at this price point.

Its a roll of the dice

They are a decent hoodie but they are made in different countries, last year I purchased numerous hoodies from talentless and was pleased with all of them.
Today I received a navy blue hoodie from talentless and I noticed the material didn’t feel as solid and the shirt was a little smaller than the ones I purchased a year ago.
I looked at the tag inside the navy blue one and noticed it was made in china where the ones I purchased a year ago was made in Mexico.
Now don’t get me wrong I like the navy blue one and will keep it but I feel the talentless hoodies I purchased a year ago which was made in Mexico is a better product.

Worst experience ever with returns

Worst experience ever with returns. Cited false reasons for not accepting returns. Charge me for both the original order which did not fit and the exchanged order which also did not fit. Never had any email communication regarding the issue just received both sets back in the mail with a BS response of why they will not accept returns. Clothes were never worn washed or used, just tried them on and did not fit. The lack of communication and unauthorized charge on the credit card is beyond frustrating. Would not recommend this company to anybody.

Used to love these shirts, now the quality is awful.

I bought shirts here for the last 2 years a few times and it was always good.

Now its very obvious they cut the quality of products to increase margins, I ordered a new 6pack of the premium T's, and other reviews say, the sizing is completely different for every shirt.

The size tags on the newer shirts have been removed, so you don't even know if it is the right size.

And now the feel of the shirts is completely off, and clearly very synthetic, gone are the days of "premium cotton tees" You can get the same quality from good fellow Ts at target.

There is nothing i HATE more than companies who reduce their quality and trick existing customers.

I’m so disgusted with this company

I’m so disgusted with this company. I was first excited to order some clothing items from there. UPS lost my package so I opened a claim with UPS. They admitted at fault and refunded the money to talentless. I called to notify them and talentless first tells me I have to wait 10 days from the claim. So here I am over 10 days I reach out to talentless again today and they tell me I need an email confirmation from UPS they refunded them? Like excuse me? Why am I having to do all this leg work back and forth when I’m not at fault here. I reach out to UPS and they let me know it’s talentless associate is mistaken that they should process the claim through their end since UPS paid for it. Sounds like talentless is not holding up their end. Such a disappointment. I will never ever order anything from this company. Then don’t even bother to email them. I emailed them two weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back.

Quality and return process terrible
Took over 3 weeks to receive. Once received quality was not great for money. Fabric is extremely static, returned and they sent back with a note stating fabric looked washed (which happens to be one of their selling points that it is a washed look, lol) and a note that stated they found a human hair on??? Probably as stated fabrc is extremely static and hair prob stuck on when i took out of package. They refused to refund, horrible company and product, stay away from!

Return Process and Customer Service

Purchased a 3-pack of t-shirts from Talentless and the fit and feeling of the fabric was low quality in my opinion. Very scratchy and stiff. I attempted to return the shirts and was denied my request. The shirts were only tried on, but my return request was denied for “washed, no longer new, dog hair and human hair in fabric.” In addition, customer service is abhorrent and almost non-existent. When I finally reached a representative I had to clarify if this was a human or automated response line because they kept giving me the runaround stating someone was looking into my return. Finally after a week of messaging this self-proclaimed person, I threatened reporting the charges on my card as fraud because I couldn’t get a single answer about my order and the return process. Only to have an update within 2 hours stating my return was declined and the shirts would be sent back to me. Miserable experience interacting with this company and I wouldn’t recommend the clothing as it is uncomfortable and rough on skin.

Not worth the cost. Colors don’t match.

Not worth the cost. Basic fabric. I got a matching set of “steel grey” and the hoodie and pants were two different colors. One being darker grey and pants being more olive. The pants also had a red sticker on the tag which means it was a “damaged” product or something else was wrong with it. When I expressed this to customer service, who I’ll note, responded quickly, it was simply a return or exchange at the cost of myself. They said that “not all colors will be perfectly matched”. Which is insane if it’s a matching set of the same color under the name. Don’t recommend. Spend money elsewhere.

They create cheap fast fashion products…

They create cheap fast fashion products that fall apart after a single use, and refuse to make it right. They do not stand by their products.

I bought a large order from them totaling over $250. I received everything April 10th. After one single wear and one single gentle cycle wash, an item developed holes along the seams.

I complained and showed them pictures. They said this was normal wear and tear and refused to do anything about it.

A simple $30 refund would have made this matter right, but they are scammers and not concerned with making it right.

Additionally, they are completely unreachable by phone.

This is a scam company, do not risk it.

Update 5/20:
They claim to have sent me a store credit to use after not being able to refund through Shopify, which is suspect already because refunds are processed to installment plans all the time by retailers. I work for a retail company as well and issue refunds to Shopify payment plans regularly.
Additionally, they did not send me this store credit, they are simply doing damage control and trying to appear as though they have done their due diligence here. They have not. At the end of the day, I still paid hundreds of dollars for clothes that fell apart immediately and they still have done nothing, except lie about offering me store credit for more single-use disposable garbage.
You can see on their website how bad their clothes are by their disclaimer that they only replace damaged goods if you initiate a return within SEVEN DAYS.
This company cannot even warranty their goods for a full month. You are buying real estate at the landfill and nothing more.

This company sells garbage

This company sells garbage, super scammy and no care for customer support. They’ll trick you to purchase sale items then not allow returns when the product sizing is completely off.

Ordered from Canada. Needed to pay additional GST (plus UPS charges) ever though my invoice said “Total includes duties and taxes. No extra charge on delivery”. Many attempts to rectify with customer service was like talking to a wall. Worst customer care I’ve had in a long time. Don’t buy from Canada, they will rip you off!?

Terrible customer service and returns

Terrible customer service and experience. Sizes for the same shirt in different colors are significantly different sizes. Ordered multiple colors in the same shirt and every one was a different size. Exchanged a few shirts for a smaller size and were way too small. Asked for refund and they said no, we dont do refunds if you already exchanged for a different size and sent me the return policy link. I will not purchase from this company ever again. Be careful!

Terrible company with awful customer…

Terrible company with awful customer service and cheap overly priced products. They advertise high end basics all over social media and the internet. Models are wearing a matching top and bottom, items are sold in bundle deals (get a matching hoodie and sweatpant for a percentage off when purchased together), colors are advertised with the same name in the top and bottom like “BONE” or “MILITARY”. Ended up ordering 2 alleged matching sweatsuits and when received in person both are comprised of a completely different material and the colors do not match. Thought maybe it was due to the garment dye but has gotten worse after washing. Hoodie is a super dark color while the pants are really light colored and when worn together look off. Contacted customer support that responded on a weekend (when their hours say they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday) telling me to follow a link to set up a return. The link no longer allowed for return because I was 1 day shy of the 30 day return period. Was told the colors may vary and that I was stuck with nearly $400 worth of 2 hoodies and 2 sweatpants that do not match as intended. Mentioned the 90 day quality guarantee which this should fall under, silence. Texted a representative, sent photos, they said they would reach out to their team and apologized over and over for a lack of response. Emailed several times and it’s been weeks with no response or resolution. This is what the number I texted responds with “Thanks for following up! I'm afraid, I'm still waiting for a response from my team at the moment. Thank you for your patience. I understand how important this matter is to you, and I want to assure you that our team is handling it with priority. Our team is currently reviewing the details, and I will update you as soon as I have more information. You can also email us directly at ******* or give us a call at 1-562-296-1808. Our team is happy to help!” Nobody ever picks up the phone if you call the number and I am being ignored as they’re a snake oil salesman.
