Absolute garbage. I ordered treats for my rat over TWO MONTHS AGO (which were ridiculously expensive, but it was the only site that carried them so I had no choice) and haven't received any information on it. I emailed them twice and they've yet to respond. Don't order from them. I hope y'all go out of business.

Edit: My order number is #5180, thank you for the reply. If I can't get the treats then I'd expect a refund.

This is the same story someone else wrote. I ordered dog food online because it said they had it in stock. I ordered it on 11/19/21 and it was paid out of my account on 11/21/21 $88.97 I called after a few weeks because I received a survey to rate the company and I had not heard anything about the order, I called again a few weeks later and was told it was being shipped, the shipping label was already made...it is now 1/5/22 and I have not received any information about shipping or the dog food. Never, ever again.

I would give 0 stars if possible! I placed my oredr on 11/29, website said product was in stock and as of today,12/14, it still hasn't shipped!!! I can't get through on the phone when I call, and no one answers my e-mails! I will never buy from this company again! Horrible customer service! Non-existent customer service!

I placed an order for sea salt to make saltwater for my tank on November 3, 2021. Item arrived 12 days later. The box was damaged, and the bucket smashed. No response to an email. No live person available by phone.

I love their products for dogs. They always have lots of stuff to choose from and the prices are completely reasonable. Definitely will recommend them to my friends and their furry buddies.

Bought a UV lamp, it was sent with missing parts (clamp part) and the lamp/light itself did not even work. Tried to return it for full refund, but seller keep saying they don't provide return shipping. Had to pay close to $50 to ship the lamp back and get the refund JUST for the lamp, and it was no fault of my own... I am out $50 as the company does not provide return for defective items. Beware, will never do business with them again.

Its been a week and still have not shipped my order

I usually use Chewy, but they were out of the only dog food my dog eats. I found Talis, paid for expedited shipping. The order came 2 weeks later. So my dog would not eat. I contacted them, no response. I will never order anything from them again. They should return my money. Horrible
