Scam artists. Buyer beware. Bought Kata-Mor NAD and after a month received 2 containers with capsules of corn starch and caffeine. Thieves!!

I ordered NAD supplement capsules though a company called Kata-Mor which turns out to be part of Tall Boosts,I ordered on a two for one special,I did end up receiving an order today after waiting for 1MONTH!,but unfortunately it only had one bottle of NAD supplements not two,so I have sent an email to complain and will update this to let you know what happens.
The other red flag is that the emails that they gave me to correspond with sends emails back with an “undeliverable” notification,so I had to research where to find an actual email to write to and when I finally got through to them and threatened to report them as a scam and cancel my payment through the bank they actually bothered to answer me.Anyway,I will see what happens with them honouring the two for one deal….

SUMMARIZING A REVIEW FROM OTHER USER (as it's literally my situation): Same situation as the other reviews. I ordered in late Oct. and have not seen anything but a handful of excuses and a tracking number that last showed activity in Dec.

They asked me to pay an "unexpected Additional postage that occurred while in transit"
When I threatened to go to Credit Company to file a dispute if the shoes don't show up, they offered "50% reimbursement/credit" to which I replied -- "if you're going to credit me, then you should have no problem delivering the items, since you already have 100% payment from my Credit Card". Rather than address this, they came back w/ a "75% off payment" as a counter offer --as if I'd ever see my money again.

I have disputed with my bank and advised the company i am not paying postage for an item that i have never received. The number associated with the address in georgia on the company headquarters is disconnected, Wow big shock. Dont waste your money. Its def a scam.

If you do give your credit card to them to charge the postage, I'm pretty sure that gives them direct access to your account numbers to charge whatever else (as where the original online payment, likely doesn't provide them that level of detail). Good luck then!

Order placed over 4 months ago, received nothing. Tracking provided by company expired long ago. Customer service phone number is not active, and email responses are generic cookie cutter replies. I have requested a refund multiple times.

Similar to other reviews. Made a purchase. Was marked as delivered but nothing received. Customer service keep sending generic email back. STAY AWAY, they are either a scam or unprofessional.

I purchased these items on November 10, 2024 from the seller (tallboosts.com) through a tricky ad on Facebook Marketplace and today is December 21, 2024 and I have not received the item
I was provided USPS tracking number in which USPS noted the following: "The package associated with this tracking number did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund or other available recourse.". I contacted the seller and agreed to pay for the shipping even though when I purchased free shipping was advertised. I have not received the package and would like to report this Seller. I researched this seller recently and discovered many fraudulent activities with other victims. Please help stop these fraudulent activities happening from overseas. I will contact my credit card company to help get my refund. I encourage all who didn't research this company and fell for the fraud to also contact your credit card company as you have 6 months to place the claim from the time of purchase. Lesson learned.

I ordered 1 pair in September (i live in the UK) and the tracking showed them stuck. Then after 6 weeks the message was to contact the supplier. I did and they said the item had gotten lost in transit and said they'd send again and to wait 10 to 15 business day. Again no delivery and AN IDENTICAL message from "Jennifer" at Tallboost. This time I said I'd like a refund which she said she'd send. I'm not holding out much hope of getting a refund and assume this is just a scam and I'll have to get a charge back from my credit card provider.

There is no way to try the shoes on without giving up 50% of the return value of the shoes. It took 6 weeks to get the shoes. They are poor quality shoes with odd writing on the heel that doesn't show up in the add. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Ordered 2 months ago and they still haven't arrived. There's extremely poor customer service. I have written to them twice and no response. I will never use this site again. I probably won't get the refund either. Awful shopping experience.

I echo the other reviews. Almost a month and still no shoes. They gave me a tracking number but when tracked it says “label created”. Which means it has not been shipped. Don’t waste your time or money

If I could give 0 stars ,I would. Ordered 3 pairs on September 17th. Order confirmed on the 18th. Still nothing. Received emails twice saying 10 to 15 days upon arrival. Number on the website is not in service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Arrived after a month, poor quality, wanted to return they tried everything possible but not to give me a refund! Even sent them a video and several photos in original packaging but then they stopped replying to my emails. Hope people read these reviews and don’t order from them! They don’t deserve the custom.

Well first of all, the shoes are very very bad. I Think they are made of the cheapest material. I had Them on for two days at work and I Got so much pain in my feet and calfs.
They do not give any High increase at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM TALLBOOST. Its scam.

SCAMMERS, THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, ITS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH ANY MONEY TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE WITH BLACK MARKS ON , i tried to return them they make you pay for return in a different country which costs you a lot of money, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE THEM TO COURT MAKE THEM PAY FOR FOOLING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Just like what the other customers have stated, they lie about the amount of height you will increase by. These are no higher than Nike Air Max's (about 1.5 inches of lift), not 3 inches like they advertised. Also they ship from China and it takes about 1 month to receive. Very sketchy and fraudulent company. Seems like the owner is just trying to make a quick buck.

This is a scam, I’ve been trying to get through to them for an order I placed 4 week ago, the contact number on their website is out of service, I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t received any response, I’ve also tried to track my order and the order number doesn’t work nor have I received a tracking number, i do not recommend purchasing from this website.
