Tang Heritage is above all the rest when it comes to their customer service. I received prompt reply to any inquiry regarding my first order with them.
The quality and artistry of their Auspice Horse Jewelry Set is remarkable.
I have experienced the highest level of integrity and attention to detail their company represents.

Excellent company to work with!!
Their communications are fast and clear - better than most American companies with their response. I had initial concerns because we bought two and the second was still being manufactured, so we received the first and waited for the second. My concern was that we wouldn't receive the second.... I sent an email and they promptly responded with an explanation for the delay. It was sent and through customs in a record amount of time to be delivered in time for my wife's birthday. Great product! My wife received so many compliments on the beauty and quality of the bag.
I recommend without reservation!!

The bag is beautiful, with so much detail on it! It arrived at my doorstep all the way to Malaysia with perfect condition.

I am loving it!

I have bought two Tang Heritage bags. They are beautiful and gorgeous. They are well crafted. The stitching is impeccable as you expect from an artisan craftsmanship. The quality of the material used is evidently high quality. The style of the begs are conservative but at the same time modern enough to carry them anywhere and basically in any occasion. I’m very happy to have found Tang Heritage which comes with its own original and unique line of quality bags. I’m looking forward to have a new bag soon.

The quality of the Tang handbag I received was stunning. And the color was exactly what I hoped for. True craftsmanship throughout. I will order other products for sure. Highly recommend Tang Heritage.

The purse is gorgeous! The quality is top-notch, and it's easy to see a lot of care was given into the making of it. The only thing that wasn't as great was that the twilly it came with had a part where the invisible stitch was coming undone and a hole was opening. I'm going to have to take it somewhere to get it stitched back up, because that's not something I know how to fix.

I don’t even know where to begin. Recently I fell in love with Tang Heritage’s Rei Jade collection and I noticed some of the review had a past rendition of the collection’s bracelet. Lin was extremely helpful and helped me get an old design that’s no longer being sold. The bracelet was extremely beautiful and is a crucial part of my everyday wear. I am now a repeat customer for the same bracelet. If you’re interested in a custom order like me, please reach out to the artisan team because they will do their diligence to satisfy you!

The quality of products that this brand creates is really amazing. I ordered the blue orchid bag a little while ago. I can’t wait to see it in person. I have purchased a few red agate bracelets for myself and my mother. I purchased the Tang 27 Crocodile Embossed Leather bag for my mom’s birthday. It’s really beautiful. If you can, try one of these bags. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful 😍 and unique & elegant

So easy and painless! Shipping was a well thought out process! Absolutely love it! My wife was overwhelmed with the quality and craftsmanship. She adores having it. Thank you so much!!

I love the quality and the design on the bags! Its perfect! And also unique compared to in stored bags. I will buy it again!

Customer service is definitely commendable. Very responsive and professional. Resolved my concerns promptly. Jewelry boxes were accidentally damaged when I received it due to delivery person’s failure of not dropping package in the right location. It’s not Tang Heritage’s fault, but they replaced it with no questions. I am ordering again in the future not only because their products are of great quality and speaks authenticity, but mostly because of how impressive their customer service is. Thank you Lin. BTW, I ordered the fire horse bracelet and I absolutely love it. It looks beautiful on my wrist.

Excellent products, superior quality, love it

Thank you so much for such an amazing piece of bag! It just came yesterday, and it is stunning. Very well packed and protected. The bag itself is gorgeous! The quality, details, finishing are just perfect. The most beautiful and elegant bag I have ever had. It's such a pleasure even just looking at it🤩😍
