Beautiful bag. I was very pleased with my purchase, the quality of the leather, the craftmanship and packaging is lovely! Truely something special. Highly recommend.

Long waitlist time, but overall good quality bag.
I recently got their Tang Gold Song Brocade Bag, offered to me after it's been sold out for months as the person who reserved the piece backed out. I loved how good the colors of the champagne leather and gold-reflective Song Brocade look together, but I do not love the wait time for this bag. Despite the exceptional craftsmanship, I'm not sure if I could be as patient in the future for some of their other bags that have already sold out.

Resposta da Tang Heritage
Dear Alan,
Thank you for sharing your honest experience.
We understand that the waiting period can be challenging, especially for designs that are produced in very limited numbers. The Tang Gold Song Brocade piece requires careful allocation due to the time-intensive nature of its Song Brocade material and finishing; though we recognize that this does not make the wait easier.
We are grateful that, in the end, the craftsmanship and harmony of the champagne leather with the reflective Song Brocade met your expectations. Your patience is sincerely appreciated, and your feedback on wait times is something we continue to reflect on as we balance rarity with accessibility.
We hope the piece serves you beautifully for many years.
Sincerely,
Tang Heritage

Resposta da Tang Heritage
Dear Anthony,
Thank you for your thoughtful words and for recognising the artistry behind the piece.
We are especially touched that it was chosen as a gift for your wife for Chinese New Year. That occasion carries deep meaning to us, and it is an honour for our work to be part of such a celebration.
Your appreciation of the leather, the engraved authenticity card, and the gourd charm reflects the small details our artisans carefully consider. We will also share your kind mention of Lin with the team.
We hope the piece brings joy, prosperity, and elegance into the new year ahead.
Sincerely,
Tang Heritage
I ordered the Tang Red 27 Scarlet…
I ordered the Tang Red 27 Scarlet Crocodile-Embossed Tote for my wife. When it arrived, It was even more impressive in person. My wife already has some of the highest luxury bags but none came as beautifully wrapped as the Tang Heritage did.
The bag took 11 days to arrive. I did send an email and the Tang Heritage team responded right away. They said it should arrive by January 6th but it arrived even earlier today. I did read on Reddit that the bag goes through a rigorous quality check before sending it.
My wife loved the bag and I am going to order the Tang Red 28 and Imperial 27 handbags for her birthday.

Resposta da Tang Heritage
Dear Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.
We are deeply honoured that the Tang Red 27 Scarlet Crocodile-Embossed Tote was chosen as a gift for your wife, and even more touched to hear that it stood beautifully alongside some of the highest luxury houses she already owns. That means more to us than we can express.
Packaging is something we approach as part of the experience, not an afterthought. From the first opening of our signature Tang Red gift box to the final reveal, it is meant to feel ceremonial, as a gift should.
We also appreciate your patience during transit. Every piece does undergo a detailed quality inspection before leaving our atelier, and while that can sometimes affect timing slightly, it ensures that what arrives is worthy of the Tang Heritage name. We’re glad it reached you earlier than expected.
It would be our pleasure to craft the Tang Red 28 and Imperial 27 for her birthday as well. Should you need assistance selecting or reserving a piece, our team would be delighted to help.
Sincerely,
Tang Heritage

Your words truly mean a great deal to us.
To hear that you regard your piece not merely as a bag, but as collectible art, is the highest compliment we could receive. Each design is created with the intention that it transcends seasons: something to be admired, carried, and kept.
May it continue to inspire you every time you see it.

Great quality, helpful customer support
I have bought a few bags from Tang Heritage and all of them have been of exceptional quality. One bag arrived damaged, but the customer support team was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement very quickly which was undamaged. I would definitely buy from them again!

Dear Robyn,
Thank you for your continued trust in Tang Heritage.
We are grateful that you have chosen several of our pieces (we recognise you as a loyal collector till today), and even more appreciative of your understanding when one arrived damaged. While such instances are rare, it is important to us that every collector receives a piece in perfect condition. We are glad the replacement reached you swiftly and met the standard you expect.
Your support allows us to continue refining both our craftsmanship and our service. We look forward to creating something special for you again.
Sincerely,
Tang Heritage
Excellent customer service
First, the bag was beautiful! Exactly as described. It even came beautifully packaged. All hardware was protected and the bag packed to prevent crushing or marking.
Second, the interior was nice, including a zippered area to safely carry smaller items and money.
Unfortunately, the interior zipper wasn't smooth. I emailed CX and they responded promptly. They tried to help me remedy the situation and I even took it to a leather goods specialist but he was unable to help fix it with wax.
After we tried these remedies and determined we couldn't fix the issue, they immediately shipped a replacement bag. What an amazing company! I wish others responded like this.

Resposta da Tang Heritage
Dear Amy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience.
We are glad the piece arrived beautifully presented and protected; every layer of packaging is designed to ensure the bag reaches you exactly as intended. That said, we are truly sorry that the interior zipper did not feel smooth upon arrival. While we strive for precision in every detail, we know that even a small imperfection can affect the experience.
We appreciate your patience in working through the remedies with us, and for allowing us the opportunity to make things right. When a piece does not meet our standards, replacing it is not a gesture, but it is our responsibility.
Your kind words about our team mean more than you know. Thank you for your trust, and for allowing us to serve you properly.
Sincerely,
Tang Heritage

Stunning Embroidery & Dreamy Details – A Versatile Piece!
I just received my bag today and I must say I am blown away by the embroidery details. So intricate, it feels like a dream! I especially love the gold threads that were weaved in between the white threads. This colour looks so wearable for all my outfits, I can already imagine this bag being a versatile piece!! I’m just sad it doesn’t come in more colors.Tang Heritage, if you’re reading this, maybe consider making more colors?

The bag is such a lovely piece! After knowing the stories behind the making of the bag, I find myself cherishing it more. The embroidery is absolute perfection, and and leather feels so soft yet high quality, something that images can't do it justice! Customer service was also superb.
