Advertises no biscuit smell but it does smell like biscuit

Skin magic wonder balm from tanorganic had been out of stock for a long time. I tried emailing the company but no response.
After some months I noticed it was back on stock and immediately ordered a couple of jars. Only this balm is very different than the former one. Not only the Color but mainly the grainy structure which doesn’t dissolve (easily) on your skin. As I am using it as a facial product, it looks as if I have been scrubbing and not having taken it off.
I tried emailing the company but unfortunately they don’t reply.

A real pity as I loved the old product and maybe this batch has a problem. But then, respond to you customers and come up with a solution.

Please try your cream before you buy it.
I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with the cream. I bought both serum and cream. Serum it’s nice but the cream makes kind of granules that don’t melt and makes like a scrub not nice at all. It’s like hard sugar!
In any case I wrote few times the company but they didn’t answer anything. I am really upset and if you really want to buy it don’t do it if you are not able to try it before. It’s really not ok!
I add the message I wrote to the company that never got any reply!

Hello, I bought yesterday on my way to Amsterdam, in the plane, your serum and the cream. The cream makes like sugar little balls when I apply on my skin. The color is not so yellow but more clear so I wonder if the cream is not ok!
I would like to know if this is normal because it’s really difficult to make those granules disappear! They really are like little sugar lumps difficult to make them dissolve or to be absorbed by the skin!

Can you explain or give me a solution?

I am overwhelmed how quick the customer service is for Tan Organic. I ordered the instant Tan with brush but because the only brush they had was damaged they organised a refund for me and still sent out the product. I am so grateful for their super efficient service and will definitely be buying from them again. And the Tan is beautiful too, so natural looking and smells beautiful.

Face oil feels gorgeous on & the tan glides on smoothly with the mitt with a fab even tan. Happy with my purchase.

I love that the TanOrganic dry oil is made with clean ingredients (no chemicals or fillers). In an effort to reduce the toxic load from everyday products, this is the reason I chose to try this as a replacement for my hair oil.

It has a light pleasant citrusy scent.

The only bummer is that the bottle is glass and (even though I much prefer that to plastic), with the FIRST use, the bottle slipped out of my hands and shattered all over the bathroom floor. Almost the entire contents ended up in a mess of glass shards and was unsalvageable.

So please be extra careful when handling the bottle since your hands will get slippery when using it. What a shame that I didn't really even get to use it!
