The worse company to fly with they changed our flight hours 2 times and we had to stay overnight in Bucuresti we spoke with Tarom agency they didn’t care at all …we payed for the hotel and cab 🚕….Avoid Tarom please if you can ..

This is by far the worst national carrier in Europe. On a 3 hour flight, you are not even offered a glass of water.

We book a flight (
6V6BLE) from Bucharest to Sofia on Dec 26 2022. They suddenly changed the schedule to Dec 28 2022. It affected my itinerary. I requested refund through agent but got no reply for 4 months (booked on Oct 2022). Never try again and ask others not to try.
DO NOT CHOOSE TAROM, IF YOU VALUE YOUR BAGGAGE AND TIME
My first flight with Tarom was delayed for more than 3 hours, and during this delay NO INFORMATION from Tarom representatives was given to us.
And THIS TIME, during my second flight(which was a mistake), when we had to chose flight with Tarom, I arrived and found that my suitcase was TOTALLY DAMAGED, and it was evident from the damage that someone just violently threw the suitcase upside down, and threw it with such force that it still slid in this position. Staff in airport gave us a damage report, and after that we contacted Tarom representatives by email, bought new suitcase in different country with higher prices, wasted so much time and money for that, after that we didn't hear anything for 10 days, paid additional money to contact Tarom by call from abroad, and lady only said we need to contact other Tarom email and wait 45 days more until they process our application.
It's good that we kept all receipts, papers and luggage stickers from the airport. Otherwise, we would have nothing to rely on.
At the moment we are waiting for any result or answer.

One unbranded coffee machine for EVERYONE to use. A queue of 9 people took over 10 minutes for me to access the limited coffee options from this machine to fill my mimi paper cup with.
No tea bags option - just coffee.
There was another machine with a big out of order sign.
A selection of 3 yogurt pots…
6 plastic bowls that would be ace to use at an under 4’s birthday party which contain
- loose Crisps (with no flavours shown)
- loose small biscuits
- loose salted peanuts
- some type of round salted pretzel
Paper plates and bowls.
You must wait for a member of staff to be available to scoop these delicacies with a metal soup soup spoon into a bowl for you (not self service).
No hot food, no other cold food..: No pastries, no sandwiches, no soup. Nothing else.
A fridge full of full fat cans of juice.
Large sparkling water bottles for you to pour from into paper cups.
We asked staff where the sandwiches and food was and they pointed to their bowls of crisps apologising that they didn’t have any other food.
I got into the lounge with my BA access level. My colleague pd the 45 Euros.
A joke. A kids street stall selling lemonade would have been a more leisurely and welcomed option.
Tub chairs available to sit on. The pictures look nothing like this drab experience.

They destroy my luggage and no refund
I found my luggage annihilated at the arrival , so I follow the procedure and made a report. Sent the report to there mail address dedicated, did it several times but I never got any answer!!! I'm done with you, I prefer pay more my travel and get a decent service!

So eine miese Fluggesellschaft, absolut unseriös! Unser Flug wurde von Tarom verschoben und wir konnten aus diesem Grund nicht fliegen. Weder auf Schreiben vom Reisebüro wurde reagiert noch auf unsere Beschwerden. Wir warten seit 10 Monaten auf unsere Rückerstattung! Nie wieder Tarom!!!!!

very rude company with expensive flights, i wrote million emails about my broken baggage , no body ansers to emails , i called them and i lost my credit , after 90 minutes waiting they told me they cant help , you are very rude company with bad service ,delayed flights ,

Die größte Müllgesellschaft!!
Absolut schlechter Service! Durch einen Systemfehler hatte ich angeblich kein Ticket, obwohl ich Hin- und Rückflug zusammen gebucht habe und den Hinflug auch angetreten habe. Ich musste mir ein überteuertes neues Ticket für den Folgetag kaufen. Ich habe Tarom auf diesen Fauxpas aufmerksam gemacht und wurde mit der Antwort "wir antworten Ihnen innerhalb von 45 Tagen" abgespeist. Innerhalb dieser 45 Tage kam natürlich nichts ,ich habe erneut eine letzte Frist von 7 Tagen gesetzt auf die bisher nicht einmal eine Antwort kam! Ich werde jedem von dieser Fluggesellschaft abraten, von vorne bis hinten einfach nur Müll!!!
Rückerstattung durch neues Ticket ersetzt
Im April 2019 wurden bedingt durch Corona alle Flüge ersatzlos gestrichen. Es gab ein Einreisestopp.
Zwischenzeitlich gab es immer wieder Kontakt zur Airline bezüglich des offenen Betrages. Wurde immer darauf verwiesen das es noch überwiesen wird. Letztenlich habe ich im Februar erneut einen Flug gebucht und der offene Betrag wurde verrechnet.
Kundenservice war sehr schnell und nett.

Very rude crew, please avoid this airline, I normally do not take things personally, I was mistreated, and I saw other passengers being disrespected while waiting in the queue for the toilet on board.
They also broke my new suitcase!!!!
Their check-in website is a whole new story, very bad airline to be able to operate internationally.

Gestion catastrophique des bagages
J'ai effectué un voyage Istanbul-Bucharest-Paris le 6 mars 2022 avec Tarom. Les vols avaient un peu de retard. Mes bagages m'ont été livrés le 13 mars 2022 et étaient endommagés. Entre le 7 mars et le 13 mars, mes bagages ont été envoyés sans raison à l'aéroport de Lyon et chacune des informations qui m'ont été fournies par Tarom ou Air France, qui était mandaté par Tarom pour la gestion des bagages, était fausse. Tarom et Air France se rejetaient la responsabilité de la gestion des bagages.
Malgré plusieurs demandes, Tarom ne m'a jamais fourni les documents me permettant de me faire indemniser par mon assurance, ne m'a jamais indemnisé et ne m'a jamais fourni la déclaration de sinistre auprès de Chronopost qui devait livrer mes bagages.
