My bestie absolutely loved everything I sent her in her personalised 40th birthday Box. It was packed so well and with so much care.
We live 18 hours from each other and so I only get to see her on average 1 tine per year and the teddy bear will be my stand in when I can't be at her side. It is amazing I was able ti even have her favourite chocolates and a drink for her to have from me. I highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. Delivery was not packed as ordered. Several items incorrect. Would not recommend using this company as no guarantee that you will receive what you paid for. In return they offered a $14 credit on my next order despite me stating that I would not use their services again. A refund or resending the correct order to the recipient would be far more appropriate!

Terrible service- my order was not delivered on time even when I paid the extra delivery costs to have it on my son’s birthday (which Tastebuds confirmed would happen). Terrible communication with Tastebuds and their delivery service with many emails and notifications arriving in the middle of the night. Demanded refund but this was refused. I was also charged a bank fee for oversees transaction.

First off - I think it’s funny that Taste Buds give you and option of selecting whether you had a ‘good’ experience or a bad one to be able to post this review. Obviously you have to select the ‘good’ option to be able to post a review.
Unfortunately, I have to still give them 1 star when I’d honestly prefer to give 0 after receiving my bouquet and being in contact with the customer service team.
First off, they allow you to select a delivery date on their website which I thought was great. So I selected 22/11/2024 as I had an event the next day I needed it for. However, on Sunday morning I went out my front door as I had received a package from a complete different company. I noticed as I was out there that my Taste Buds order had been delivered - no communication that it had been shipped or delivered (this was on 17/11/2024). I was lucky I had a notification that a different delivery had been made as I do not use my front door to enter/leave the house and the day was a 30+ degree day so my chocolate bouquet would have melted.
Upon opening the box, there were chocolates scrambled everywhere through it (obviously there was no care from the delivery driver) and the ‘customised ribbon’ which cost extra money was just slapped on the tin with no care - see photos for reference. You’d think paying so much that they’d take a bit of pride in the presentation.
I was also under the impression that the alcohol you chose would be in the actual bouquet however, this was not the case. I could have easily bought this bottle of alcohol for way cheaper than it was on the site if I just wanted it on the side.
I went to the customer service team to share my experience of the delivery coming way too early, no notification of delivery/expected delivery, the false advertising on their website as they have the bottles in the bouquet and how the chocolates would now be stale as they use skewers to stab them into place.
They didn’t even acknowledge anything I said and just offered a $10 voucher for my next order.. paying $150+ for this bouquet and being offered a $10 voucher for the ‘troubles’ is honestly quite a slap in the face.
11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! The service and products are honestly shit.

Excellent Customer Service. I accidentally skipped submitting a message for the Xmas card I ordered and upon emailing Tastebuds, it was updated promptly - saving me a lot of worry!

Unfortunately I put down the wrong house number. But I received a phone call telling me that it was unable to be delivered, this was rectified and the goods were re delivered and appreciated by the recipient.
Great job on follow up call. Well done 👍

The idea of a chocolate bouquet is very clever. Unfortunately when mine arrived by post, most of the chocolate had fell off the stems. Some had melted. (I collected the package straight from the postman, so it wasn't sitting outside.) The seller used foil insulation, but it didn't work. I can see the product would've looked a lot better if it was picked up from the store.
Also the bouquet was smaller than I expected. I wish the seller detailed the approximate size on their website.

I bought these hampers for my staff and they were over the moon. Beautifully presented which great quality products. Very fast to deliver which was amazing. Very happy and will definitely be using this company again! Thank you Tastebuds 😊

The online order said to deliver to the NT would take three days. After checking today the status said in transit and it is sitting in Melbourne….. I paid almost $400 for a hamper from this company out of everyone else out of hopes it would reach my friends and family in time for a special Occassion.
I tried to get some support from the online chat after the order and got little support and told to come to the email with tracking information that I went to, to begin with.
Lack of support to begin with just made for a poor service. Took away from the whole experience really.
