The accountant (Tony) did a good job and was efficient.
The Taxfix system felt a little clunky though - not particularly intuitive

Despite my reservations regarding online self assessment services, Taxfix UK proved my initial fears to be unwarranted. They were excellent, the communication between myself and my personal accountant Kwaku was 1st rate and I can't fault the service at all.

Always fast and efficient, reasonably priced as well.

I love the simplicity Taxfix brings to accounting. As a sole trader it saves me so much time.

This was straightforward. I simply uploaded my spreadsheets and my tax payable was sent to me in 48 hours with clear explanation. All questions were answered. My tax was posted, and I am very appreciative of my accountant's work. I will definitely be using next year.

I was sent information to say I owed HMRC £5,000+. I paid £1000+ last year. I messaged the person who had prepared my tax return saying it was clearly wrong. He rang me, told me I should have rang him. How could I when there was only an option to message? He then told me that actually HMRC owed me a refund!!! I hope this is the case as I will not be held responsible if HMRC says this is not the case!!!
