TBK Tiles Factory Outlet Avaliações 

We ordered with TBK tiles a few years ago for 40 metres of the porcelain floor tiles…We received the tiles within the time stated on their website.
We have decided to continue with the same tiles through to the living room and hall.
We ordered and paid for the tiles on the 17th May yet only received the tiles yesterday…minus 4 boxes!
When we have been contacting the company we have been in contact with a very rude person, I have requested to speak to her manager, but was only told that her manager wasn’t at work..in one conversation she asked me if I had spoken to someone from upstairs or downstairs!?? I told her I can’t see down the telephone…she was rude and told me someone would phone me back…nobody did…I left emails and didn’t get a reply.
Finally I was in touch with the Manager… who told me the order had left the depot…only to find a text with photos of my order of 24 boxes of tiles damaged as it fell off the lorry.
We received 19 boxes of tiles yesterday… 4 days after the builder was booked in to lay the tiles.
The builder was going to start another job elsewhere but after paying him on a daily basis we convinced him to wait for our tiles to be delivered…Which were delayed for 2 weeks!
I have requested compensation and was laughed at by the manager…TBK tiles are the worst company for after sales and absolutely disgusting in customer service.
The director of the company Stephen Joel will now get an email from me.

I hate writing a bad review but had to get this off my chest. First the good stuff - the sales team Boogie and colleague are great. The warehouse team, OMG behave like spoilt brats .... it costs nothing to be nice especially when it's the costumers that are paying your wages!
As for management that hid in the office; come outside and talk to your customers - be man enough to apologies if it's your mistake, and appreciate the staff that are bringing in sales, because they are the only ones keeping your business afloat.

JIGNA IS RUDE! DO not I repeat DO NOT shop here. A VERY nasty old woman named Jigna threatened me and my 6 year old son! We asked her for assistance with some tiles and she told us very loudly NO I cannot help you! She then called my son a b***t*rd and threw a paper at him for crying. This woman must be fired or if she owns this place, she must be arrested for poor behaviour. She isn’t right in the head!

We had problems with click and collect and urgently needed the tiles.
Unfortunately Staff were unable to help. However the manager Daniel stepped in and took charge of the issue.
He resolved everything really quickly, was polite, friendly and professional.
The products are beautiful and based on the service received by Daniel we would definitely use tbk again.

I went into the branch and tried to order the tiles but unfortunately they do not deliver which I found bizarre for a company of this size. They provided me with a number of a driver to contact and arrange delivery privately. However, if you order online they will deliver and within 3 working days. I decided to order online and the delivery was confirmed and then a subsequent message that it will be delivered later. I raised a complaint and Daniel from TBK was very helpful and got them to change it back to the original date but guess what the delivery didnt turn up and Daniel poor guy is going to try to resolve this again. I do not expect being messed around when everything had been confirmed and for a company of this size who does not offer deliveries for in store customers is extremely out of sync with their competitors. The in store staff were very helpful but were unable to close the sale because of the no delivery service.

Tiles are great value for money. I shopped around and couldn't find better for the price. Customer service could not be faulted. I had an issue with a few damaged tiles and they replaced very quickly. Went above and beyond what would be expected. I would definitely recommend to all. You can see this is an independent business as you would not get this type of service with a national chain.

Lovely tiles but delivery wasn't on the expected day and when we ordered full sized tile samples, one was broken at the corner upon delivery.

Order came a week late after paying £50 delivery so would be here in time. The actual Pallet arrived broken, with every single tiles either chipped/ cracked or snapped in half. Boxes wet. Phoned up spoke to a very rude lady who said “well if you’re not happy just pay to return them” for me to return would have cost more than I paid? And isn’t my fault? asked for a manager Daniel gold who wouldn’t speak to me and said “get your tiler to call me” both laughing and making sarcastic comments when I was nearly in tears asking what should I do? emailed twice to find out where delivery was no reply. Finally after a week received replacements 1 box short and 1 broken again. Just managed to do kitchen with the 2 orders and 3 weeks later. Don’t waste your time. Rude un helpful staff.

The worst company ever TBK would never use these unexperienced staff who cant speak english u order samples online and still have to ring up after a week of ordering to be told to ring back and speak to there colleague who can basically speak a little english and even then have to explain my order wat i orderd a week ago to them and then on top there send me wrong tiles after two weeks an wen iv approched them there tell me there dont have them in stock so why have them online the worst company ever i would not recommend TBK Sh** Tiles. Thanx

Great service, quick delivery, well packaged

Trade customer placed an online order on Tuesday, that was due for shipping on Wednesday, paid the high price of the next day pallet charge, after chasing on Thursday, told was not shipped as issue in the warehouse and will be with us Friday.
Friday came and went still no delivery, finally Monday was delivered by dumping on the doorstep propped up against the wall as there was nobody there to accept the delivery, just left which is not acceptable.
Very poor performance not offered any compensation for the issues would think twice about using TBK.

Ordered a large amount of floor tiles from TBK. Had to call for assistance as it was so many and they were really helpful, friendly and got the order through satisfactorily. Delivered within a couple of days. We have had a few damaged tiles, but they have been helpful in working out the way forward. Would recommend them for good quality tiles at very good prices!
