phs Teacrate Avaliações

We are refurbishing our home. As ordinary punters we used PHS Teacrates to store our personal items. The team have been a real pleasure to deal with. From Shane in the warehouse to Monika and Ana in the admin team, they have been really helpful and supportive. Not often you find companies that try to sort out the customer's problems. We are individual users and did have some issues. They were really understanding and supportive at a stressful time. Highly highly recommended

We are in the process of an office move and we used phs Teacrates - We would just like to say, the guys were really helpfully and friendly - perfect service.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you to Paul and Alex who delivered our crates today.

Excellent service and very good products. We are working together for so long and they are still the best supplier. Overall, customer service is great, but Jack Wilcox provide such an high quality work. Thank you!

Always a great service. Very reliable and easy to deal with. Used the service a number of times in my event manager role and couldn't fault it. Jack Wilcox is my main contact and responds to any query really quickly. Pleasure do deal with.

A big thank you to Kelly at phs Teacrate for her friendly and efficient service. The crates were perfect for my house move with nothing broken or damaged.

Ian Collins and Josh Smith arrived promptly, they were very helpful, polite and friendly.

I highly recommend PHS Teacrates, dealing with suppliers and contractors daily it was amazing to experience such great service.

Jack Wilcox dealt with every question I had in a timely manner and assisted from start to finish. Absolute asset to PHS.

Great company with a fantastic service!
I've been using there services for 2 years now and couldn't recommend the highly enough
Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. Even when I have very short time frames Dave, Natasha and the team will always get the order over the line for me, no matter what.
Every element from finding the right product, to the payment procedure is easy and hassle free.

Kelly Saund gave us a brilliant service. Our client over ordered and then refused to take delivery of some crates, Kelly not only accepted this with grace but also refunded us on the spot. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 Teacrates, then added 2 more. These were to pack away the stuff, books, pictures, ornaments, glass & crystal to allow the clearance of our largest room to be decorated & lay a new carpet. Delays with the decorator and a Covid extra week, before the carpet was laid, just added the extra weeks to the costs which remained very affordable.
Pickup from the Curdworth (Birmingham) Depot was straightforward. Paul, who helped me then was also there to help book the crates back in. He was let down by the printer but went the extra mile to email the confirmation of returns and proof of collections to me. Rob McGonigle.

We recently rented 60 crates from phs Teacrate for our move to new offices and don't know how we would have managed without them. The whole process from ordering to return was seamless and a discounted rental rate for charities was an added bonus!

Would definitely use phs Teacrate again should we ever need to move in the future.

I have used PHS Teacrates for years and are happy to recommend them

Always a pleasure dealing with Steve F from Teacrate, extremely helpful and great service everytime.

We have used PHS Teacrates for over six months with weekly requests for a minumum of fifty crates for delivery to sites all over England. They have never let us down, always delivering on the day requested, even early on some occasions. Ana is always extrememly helpful and courteous.

Placed only a small order recently with PHS Teacrate and found the service to be second to none. Jack Wilcox was very patient and helpful and the goods arrived perfect next day. Thank you.

Got in touch with phs teacrate needed 30 skates by middle December
Was really concern about getting them as covid was rife
Rang them and Nicole was exceptional
Guided me through the ordering and kept in touch right up to time of delivery on the chosen day
Fantastic service ,I cannot fault the professionalism of Nicole and her team

Excellent Service as always. Special Thank you to Jack (Senior Sales Executive)
who went over an beyond for me yesterday. I truly appreciate it!

This morning 10/12, we have received the best delivery service, I dare say, ever.
Paul and Alex were both extremely helpful. They have offered us their help although I suppose they are not required to go to such extent as carrying over a 1000 boxes a bit of a distance to our storage unit in the back of the office.
They were extremely polite and have carried out their job faultlessly.

Excellent service once again from Ian branch manager at Bristol, always keeps us informed on delivery times.

The Edmonton team are easy to work with, customer-focussed and flexible, they have been a pleasure to work with and the cleaning results are great
