Brilliant! Happy with purchase.

I will review my post once the item is replaced. Arrived well packaged however only 3 out of the 4 acrews fitted to secure the handbar. I immeasurable rang to notify that I was rejecting the item, and was told to resubmit all the details in writing and attach video and pictures which I did. 3 days later I received an email saying

"we are sorry to infrom you that it will take another week to give you a proper update regarding your issue.

but next week we will call you and give you an update regarding your issue."

I replied

Sorry why does it take a week?

I don't want to raise this as a dispute with my credit card company utilising section 75, as I intended to buy not one but two. The first one ordered was to check it matched my requirements and had it not been faulty I would have ordered a second one.

I did not get a response so I sent a WhatsApp message

Nigel, I've received a very vague email saying there is not going to be an update on the item until next week, I've replied to say it's not acceptable and was due to order a second one. Can you please advise exactly what prevents this issue being addressed.

I purposely chose not to shop via Amazon as I always try to support smaller sized companies.

He replied "i Do understand but , there is some issue in our wharehosue and that is why the dealy."
I assume dealy is a delay.

So far no further updates.

Not the best of experiences so far but like I said I will amend should the service improve.

I was very happy with service I received, the very quick delivery.

Within 2 days of having the scotter it wouldnt turn on.

Contacted customer services and was told to send pictures in, we have been ignored by email and Instagram

Amazing offer, delivered in 2 days. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Really good for commute to station or quick run to the shops.

I am so pleased with purchase i am even going to order 2 more for my sons for Christmas thank you

For the price of the electric scooter it is very good

This could and would have been a 5 star rating BUT after receiving the item, I dropped Techtron an email and asked how much a replacement battery costs. I have yet to hear back from them and this SADLY gives the "impression" that they are ONLY interested in the Sales aspect of things and NOT Customer Service or Care.

Delivery was exelent and on time. Great product

Got 2 scooters for my nephews and really liked them they look really nice too the yellow makes them stand out really good for price too

Great purchase. This was the 2nd scooter I purchased and both times everything from ordering to delivery was excellent.

Recently purchased a techtron 3500
Currently done 200 miles on it

I also have a xiaomi 3 lite

So I have something to compare it with.

It’s a steal at the price
Mine is fast
Long range
With suspension
And puncture proof tires

Literally the only improvement I can think is to be fully Waterproof.

But I have used mine in light rain without any issue!

It’s the best thing I have bought by a long shot !

Also I went direct to techtron
And got a great service !

I have sent techtron 2 emails and still haven’t had an email back and it is really frustrating me that they won’t email me back!! If I don’t get an email back in the next 2 days I will be taking this matter further as I’m not happy with the condition my e scooter came in!! Broken throttle and broken plastics it’s an absolute joke! I expected better than this especially when I paid £230 for a scooter that was broken when it came disgusting it really is

i didnt like when it said 48hours delivery and i have still haven't got it in fourty eight hours because it actually been 7 days

Arrived promptly, Great build quality. Well packed. Its bigger than I thought. Works very well and goes fast enough for me. I'm 62 and mobility impaired and it will really help out. I bought two - One for me and one for SWMBO. They were up and running with a 5hr charge. Does NOT feel like Techtron have skimped qualty.
