The board needs to be wider so that you can rest your booth feet on the board also it's better to have a seat on it so that it's comfortable to ride the scooter
It's a dream machine but only if it had a comfortable seat that would make it more enjoyable ride

Delivery period was meant to be 48hrs. Atleast thats the option i selected at check out. From Techntron's site, depending on the day order was placed, guidelines for delivery timelines were equally stated.
I ordered an elite scooter on April 28, 2023 and at time of this review, May 5 (1 week after), delivery was yet to be made. What made matters even worse, i called customer support on May 3 to lay complain. Feedback from customer support was as though the order didn't exist. Customer support couldn't find it on his system. It was just a sour experience of a roller coaster trying to sort it out. I've had to walk long distances daily as scooter wasn't delivered within estimated timeline.
My experience was very disappointing for an order placed directly from Techtron's site.

You won't be disappointed
Very happy with the scooter and it's features. The only down fall is can't connect to the app, and trying to log the warranty with customer service is hard too. No one answers!! Scooter itself is very good I'm very happy. But calling customer service is a no no.

Phone holder damaged
When my EScooter arrived, the phone holder was damaged.
I have emailed twice & left a voicemail.
Finally got a response & promptly replied with all required information.
And have STILL not had a resolution to my broken phone holder.
Not a happy customer at the mo!!

Have tried making contact after receiving a faulty scooter. No response at all from the company. Tried emailing. I phone 40 times a day and no one picks up. Absolutely shocking service

Overall good scooter
Overall I really like the scooter. However, when you press the brakes the back wheel spins left/right and not very safe especially when the streets are wet after rain.

Download the app on your phone and adjust the setting you can make it go 30 mph which is really good but when against the wind it does slow u down

Did purchase a Techtron Elite 3500 last…
Did purchase a Techtron Elite 3500 last week(from the Techtron website) and it came faulty(no power/not charching), asked for an exchange or a refund, I have been asked several things like a video, pictures that I have promptly provided. The customer service is being vague at best and I had to keep chase them every day(mail, phone, instagram) with no favorable output.

Didn’t have my item in stock but took…
Didn’t have my item in stock but took my money. Getting it back off them isn’t easy. Was told they refunded the same day 9 days later nothing then find out it wasn’t done. Now don’t reply to email
