Only a 1 because there’s no option of zero.
Booked a taxi, paid via ApplePay then got a phone call saying no taxi in the area and quoting no driver local so need to charge £20 above paid amount to send someone.
Now nobody available is fair enough but why quote and take the money first?
Very frustrating - just as well we are not vulnerable people so could make alternative arrangements.
Just spoken to other people in the restaurant and apparently they are known for doing this.
In fairness they refunded the money but what a shower!
Find someone else is my advice!

What do I need

When my daughter rang me in distress when her car wouldn't start one morning, I immediately searched for a local taxi firm with good reviews to help her. Within half an hour she was on her way to an important meeting, and a return journey booked for later that day. But the best part was that upon chatting to her about her car not starting, Teifi juggled their drivers without hesitation so the person taking her home could give her a jump start to get her car moving so she could get it to a garage ready to be fixed. Above and beyond without being asked. Wonderful company and much appreciated by a mum from afar.

Not 24/7 service. Only provide taxis when convenient.
Online system will confirm bookings made in advance, only for them to cancel at the last minute.
No service available during school runs.
Cost is the same as every other taxi company as the rates are set by the council.

Fantastic service. Pickup was punctual and they got us to the airport on time for our big family holiday to Thailand.
