Comfortable cushioning
Comfortable cushioning . Pretty colours . Upper size for the Medium but they fit really well . Prefer the wool type - surprising because I cannot wear anything else with even a small element of wool in the mix - these socks are great . Always wash them by hand .

Good product but incorrect delivery
I placed an order for 2 pairs of large ski socks but received one of those and a small pair of hiking socks. The problem was swiftly and efficiently dealt with but did involve the inconvenience of a trip to the post office (remember those!) to return incorrect pair.

Mr Hopkins, as I explained in my personal email to you we were very sorry for this mistake which we recrltified immediately. Your response to me acknowledged that we had dealt with the matter extremely quickly. I also asked if you would consider changing your review as I felt a one star rating was harsh given the circumstances. However, I see my request has fallen on deaf ears. We will continue to serve our customers with the best product on the market and with the highest levels of service. However, we are human and we do make mistakes from time to time. Sincerely, Gordon Fraser, Owner.

Most comfortable support liners ever.
These are the most comfortable socks I have. I use them as liners underneath my hiking socks and it has transformed my walking experience and allowed me to walk without pain as far as I want.
