Transcription: "pouzdan, stabilan" internet felt down 56 times (see Track 2 and divide changes by 2 - link up and down is a change here) since the last restart of a router (2w4d ago) provided by telemach (Track 1). Their router has been restarted ~2 weeks ago because it stopped responding: this is a common reason for this device. By the way we have 56 accidents during 18 days, that means their internet is working on average 7 hours. In reality it looks like this: no problems for few days, but in one day they start having a hard time: constant outages for a few minutes/hours in series shows their internet as very unstable.
They also demonstrate poor client service: mistakes in documents done by their personnel that they are not able to fix for more than two months after calling support and visiting their office.
One thing to say about their support: if you want to call them by phone, they have only a toll line: one euro per minute. "Don't even try to get support for our poor service" they are saying with that, as I understand it.
