When sending credit to a prepaid mobile number in a different country, usually the credit is sent right away. However, if the operator is receiving a high number of recharges at the same time you are placing your order, it can take a bit longer for the amount to be updated. I use this site a lot, and have been for long time, always have quality service. At times when I needed to contact customer service, they always replied back in timely manner to inform me by email.
Recently, MTN Ghana service provider system was down, and unable to complete airtime purchases for about 7 days, they emailed me an Easter Discount Offer, that was valid until 4/20/19, but since I could not purchase airtime with discount, they sent me another discount for more, with code.

It is possible that the recharged number had an active subscription which was charged right after the credit was added or that the beneficiary did not receive the SMS notification.
