Poor customer service and the phone number on the website does not work. On their website, they would respond within 24 hours for a refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and they have not responded. I tried their ai messaging and it replies wirh "not enough conversation credits."

Assumed the brand was legit as I saw it listed on Amazon and aliexpress. Placed my order a week ago and have no confirmation of shipment or tracking details. Tried to contact customer support. The ai chatbot just spits out pre-written answers and the moment you type anything it stops answering. Tried emailing the email listed on their customer support page and the email bounced back due to it being a fake email. The phone number listed is disconnected too.

Tried contacting the info@ email but no reply either. If this is a legit brand the experience has been awful and there is 0 customer support. Based on others experience I am certain it’s a scam.

I recently recieved my telesin master kit but the only thing missing from the package was the lens adapter plate that would allow me to use the lens. ive wrote an email with no response and would like to get it resolved so i can use the product i bought. The grip itself works great and is fun to use

I placed my Order Nr. #TELESIN33119, but there is no confirmation, tracking number or any information at all abpit shipmen. Did they just steal my money??? What is happening?

I placed order #TELESIN31641 on September 10. Some items eventually arrived separately, but the iPhone 17 Pro case is still missing.
TELESIN told me that the latest batch of the case had failed quality inspection and that the new stock was expected to arrive after October 10. I followed up several times and asked that, instead of the 10% discount coupon they offered, the remaining case be sent by Express Shipping at no additional cost once it became available.
Unfortunately, I have received no response to my follow-up emails. The rest of the order did arrive, so this is not a case of the entire order being undelivered. The problem is the long delay, unclear communication, and lack of response from customer support.
I simply want confirmation of the case's current status and prompt shipment. I will be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved.

Placed the order 5 days ago, no delivery updates till now & the customer service is not even replying my emails. They gave me a bogus tracking number which just does not work at all and says tracking not available.

As a customer I sure don’t want to be treated like this.

Never received my order! The tracking number is bogus, and customer support has been absolutely useless. They claim it was delivered and are telling me to deal with my local carrier. I’m out $75 with nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointing!

Scam! I placed an order over 17 days ago and it still hasn’t moved from the warehouse.. at this point I believe they have just stolen money off me. please avoid Telesin. I have left 3 emails to the their “support email” and no reply. Really disappointed with this service. Money down the drain. Avoid avoid avoid.

Be warned!! product arrived and broken after many emails to different email address no response what so ever. stay away zero customer service and have reported them to CC company.

AVOID. I am under suspicion telesin is also scamming people. After placing an order 16 days ago I haven’t heard of them until I messaged them. Their explanation for the delay was that item is out of stock, but they advertised it as in stock. Then after reaching out they provided me with a fake USPS tracking number and when I asked what’s it about they stopped responding completely so I had to file a report at the bank for a fraudalent transaction.

I rarely write negative reviews, and I genuinely wanted to support TELESIN because I had seen so many positive reviews about the company and its products. Unfortunately, my own experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge any other customers to think twice before ordering from this company.

I placed order #TELESIN29797 on 6 July 2026, and it still has not been delivered.

Since then, I have contacted TELESIN at least five times by email or online enquiry trying to resolve the issue. I was initially told that I had entered my delivery address incorrectly, but I provided a screenshot clearly showing that the address, city and postcode were entered correctly.

After that, I sent further emails asking whether the address had been processed incorrectly on TELESIN’s end and then requesting a full refund.

I also submitted another enquiry on, and followed up again after receiving no response.

Despite all of these attempts, I still have not received any reply at all, any proper resolutions or confirmation of my refund.

I have also called TELESIN twice using the “Contact Us” phone number listed on their website, during their stated business hours, only to find that the number was not connected.

I am leaving the country on 20 August, meaning I am no longer able to indefintely wait for an order that was placed more than a month ago. I have requested a full refund to no reply from Telesin.

What concerns me most is that this experience reflects a serious lack of accountability and integrity in the way customer issues are handled. Mistakes and delivery problems can happen, but repeatedly ignoring a customer after they have provided evidence, followed up multiple times and formally requested a refund is not acceptable. A reputable company should take responsibility when something goes wrong and communicate clearly with its customers.

I was genuinely hoping to have a positive experience with TELESIN, especially given the good reviews I had read beforehand. Sadly, the undelivered order, lack of communication, unanswered emails and unusable contact number have made this an extremely frustrating experience.

I would urge any customer thinking of buying from this company to seek a different company, as no competitive price or quality of product is worth supporting TELESIN.

J'ai commandé le 05/07 et je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle de ma commande avant que je ne le demande. Dans un premier temps plus en stock (non indiqué sur le site) elle m'a été indiqué comme envoyée depuis. Nous sommes le 29 et seulement après avoir contacté le service de protection des colis mon colis est soudainement pris en charge et livré quelques jours après que j'ai demandé un remboursement pour un retard de livraison. Aucun suivi de colis entre temps car le lien original ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai finalement appris que c'était grâce à un autre lien que je pouvais suivre le colis qui était à présent dans un autre service de livraison. J'ai entre temps racheté le produit ailleurs en 2 jours et me retrouve tout d'un coup avec 2 produits.
Ce n'est juste pas possible de livrer avec un retard de presque 1 mois sans aucune nouvelle entre temps et sans aucun dédommagement qui plus est.

Order done on 7/18 and still no news. They wrote me that is out of stock but they keep on selling the item stating that is in stock.

I have this product for S26 Ultra and it is a great accesorie for my phone wich includes a filter .I am a professional photographer from the old times ( Black and White.) I felt with this grip very confidence and when I grab it and shoot,help to have steady great pictures.

Totally unacceptable, as items were ordered for a time-sensitive event in advance enough for any modern online shop to manage it

UPDATE: it's 31/07/2026, and after writing this 1-star review, Telesin support agents actually found the time to respond to me and send the order, and it actually arrived, what a magical coincidence!

While they did resolve the mess that the order was, my opinion is that as a customer, I shouldn't engage in negative reviewing just to get what I paid for, and that ghosting a buyer all the way until they start to report it on trustpilot is unacceptable.

I will bump my rating from 1 to 2 for the sole fact that I did receive the package, but going above that won't happen - I believe that this whole situation is absolutely not up to a respectable e-shopping standard in 2026

I love the new camera lens for the iPhone Pro Max. The service was excellent as well. I accidentally ordered the wrong part for the grip. Telesin replied back to me with instructions. The new silver lens hood is very cool indeed:).

I did write ✍️ an email about the master grip kit I did buy on line from Telesin ,and 1 filter was missing. And no problem they did take care of it to send me that’s was good experience and the master grip genius product for photography
