I love how welcoming and warm the atmosphere feels during class. I think Ms. Kerry Munden does a great job at making everyone comfortable, and passing on information in a way that it's so easy to digest.

I particularly enjoyed the safeguarding class, and it re-enforced how important it is for us to always remain alert. We must never assume that certain things will never happen within our vicinity.

I have dealt with my fair share of agencies in the past but I have to say the staff at Tempest have been a pleasure to deal with.

It my consultant Alison who has made my experience such a positive one. Alison is incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable about social care. She understands the roles and different responsibilities within a local authority and the interplay between roles. Alison has unlimited patience too and if something does not run smoothly , will sort it out the same day.

Enjoyed 3 fantastic free courses provided by Tempest, delivered by the very knowledgeable Kerry. On behaviour management, understanding SEND children and safeguarding in the workplace. The courses were well structured and concise and I have definitely learned a lot from them.

I signed up for this as I needed to renew my Safeguarding Certificate. This course was very well run.
We get to keep the information which was shown via PowerPoint.
Which were sent to each person that attended this course they were emailed to every person on the course .

The training was guite interating.and simply and clear .the teacher was guite good.and made the 3 training well understood. Thanks so much Kerry.
