Ordered as a gift, prompt shipping!

Super fast service. Order was accurate. Price was very good in comparison to other venders. No complaints from me!

This is the greatest thing I have ever purchased. Set it up the minute it got delivered. Hung out all day and stayed the night in it completely bug free and comfortable. And the next day continued to enjoy hanging around in it. And when the thunderstorms rolled in I just threw the rain fly on and staked everything out and stayed completely dry. This is a truly well thought out product. Every little feature on it is clever and multipurpose. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing this to absolutely think no further and pull the trigger.

Completely Disappointed. I ordered the Safari Bundle with extras ($1,100) on a Thursday afternoon. On Friday I E-mailed Tentsile support to confirm shipping. Four days later on Monday, I still had not received a response. So, on Monday afternoon, I called and talked to a woman named Melissa. See was friendly and assured me my order was going to ship that day. The next day on Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from the head of USA sales informing me thier shipment from Europe did not arrive. See said it would be a week till thier next shipment and a week after that till I received my order in the mail. I was completely disappointed, so I cancelled my order. I wish that I had gotten the customer service others had gotten. Not sure if I'll every reorder from them again after this experience.

Fast shipping, and and the trillium and trillium xl are fantastic! Definitely worth the investment.

Quick delivery, product as described. Most happy.

I love these products. Overall a great experience

Great customer service, very helpful and polite. Able to answer questions and even gave me a discount code to use during checkout. Was pleasantly surprised to find some custom made eye covers for sleeping packed with my order, nice touch. Love the Flight+ that I purchased, very well made and comes with everything needed to be setup. With videos and the manual, was quick to figure out how to setup and adjust.

Excellent service & coolest hammocks ever!

Tentsile is a great company, with great quality equipment. I love the Flite+ I bought and will be upgrading as the kids get old enough to camp in the future.

There is no other way to enjoy your local forest! Superb!

Works great. I enjoy the comfort of the mosquito netting the most.

Fast service.Fast Shipping. Great products. Best investment I've ever made in my camping gear!

Have spent over $1000 on tensile products and after 4 years of using the stingray tent. I've gotten 5 different people to get one for themselves. Absolutely my favorite tent. Would recommend these tents to anyone that loves to be comfortable and dry while camping.

Love this thing. Had it for about 2 months now and have it hung in my backyard for the last few weeks. Was a hit at my kids birthday party at a big gathering in the berkshires and for hanging out with the family in the evening. You should probably buy one and be cool like me.

There were no instructions with our kit 🙁...what would have taken us 20 minutes took us several hours and normally we would lookup instructive videos but the place we were using our tent has no cell service... I purchased for a Father’s Day gift and it turned into a frustrating situation. Instructions are cool 😎...
Otherwise we love the hammock and plan to purchase more tents in the future.
