Pole too large
Ordered what I thought was an exact replacement for my Meadowwood 4. However, tent pole sent was 10cm longer than my own tent pole, with metal edges and so unable to trim to size. There were no dry days in the return period and so was unable to test out until after return period had passed, so have lost my money. Would not recommend unless you give exact pole sizes!

Wrong Color Pole, but right sizes
We ordered a spare pole for our Guide Unit's tents. It came fast and was the correct size all around. However, the pole was supposed to be black-coded and it arrived grey-coded, which will cause some confusion for the 10-13-year-olds pitching the tents once a year. It's not too big a problem to return, so we have just made a note with a Sharpie on that particular pole.
