Ordered more than a week ago and paid for 2-3 day delivery. Product still hasnt come yet, with no communication

Absolute con of a company who still have my money after sending back a chain and then claiming it had a smell of aftershave on it?????? Crooks. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

Ordered chain and bracelet 3 weeks ago still not been delivered, sent countless emails and contacted them on socials and still not had any response, seems like others are having the same issue.

No goods received. No response received.

I’ve had my original chain since 2022 and it is the best chain I’ve ever had, worn daily and been on my neck since I bought it, not faded or broke still as fresh as the day I got it, so obviously I put another order in for some different designs, quality and durability is absolutely amazing, I’ll definitely be buying again, at this rate I’ll own every chain they sell. 5⭐️

Took months to come wrong size would not recommend

This is the second necklace that I’ve ordered from this website and they are good reliable necklaces. Definitely worth the price as well.

Delivery time is shambolic it was supposed to be delivered in two
to three days. It hasn’t even been dispatched and it’s been a week. Tericci sort it out.

Easy purchase, decent prices, they have discounts on at the moment so even better, absolutely amazing quality products! Bought three chains from them so far and love them. Definitely would buy again.

What made me gave this score to Tericci jewellery is because for over 4 years now that I have been buying jewellers from them the have been no problem with the product good quality value for money and just the new jewellery I bought from them last week just arrived today and I was very happy to receive it and it was delivered on time thanks to Tericci jewellery good quality value for money

Really good chain the only problem was delivery paid for next day delivery and still took a month

Can't give an honest reply. Ordered a chain but still waiting for it a week later, even though it was promised on a 2 to 3 working day delivery.

Don’t buy from them. Ignore all messages on updates of orders . Bought a chain off them a few years ago and was perfect but now they flat out don’t deliver have much worse quality than before.

Honestly not a good brand, not trustworthy. I ordered more than 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. Sent more than 2 emails to customer support and not a single reply.

Have purchased numerous items before and always been pleased with the quality and experience, however I placed a new order almost two weeks ago and it’s still showing as unfulfilled and they are not responding to my messages.
Looking through the reviews it looks like I’m not the only having this experience which makes me start to wonder if I will ever receive my goods and if they are still trading.

Quality of product it very good however delivery time is very slow and not true to what it says upon purchase ordered nearly two weeks ago and has still not been shipped.

Not even turnt up.
Absolute joke.
