Had some problems with my old TK-2 but had the extended warranty so was able to get a new machine - a little confusing because I also had two emails associated with my account. Melany walked me through everything - and was amazing. Then had some problems connecting to the WiFi with my new machine - she continued to offer Great support - and continued to check in until everything was resolved. A continuing great custome support experience - and great coffee machine. THANK YOU!!

We really wanted this service to work, but the entire experience turned into a nightmare.

Our very first Demi arrived defective. The beans would not grind at all, so we had to send that machine back and wait for another one.

The replacement Demi initially worked, but within a short period of time it developed another major hardware issue. The brew unit became stuck, the lever broke, and the machine stopped brewing properly. At that point, after already dealing with one defective machine, we agreed to upgrade to a TK-02.

We were originally told the TK-02 would take about 1–2 weeks to process and that once we dropped the defective Demi off with UPS, the replacement would begin processing.

We returned the Demi exactly as instructed, only to have the broken machine unexpectedly shipped back to us because the return failed. Meanwhile, the TK-02 sat in “preparing to ship” status with no tracking for an extended period. After escalating the issue, a logistics manager finally stepped in, confirmed the failed return had not delayed the replacement, and arranged expedited shipping.

We finally received the TK-02 and were genuinely excited to open it, but that excitement disappeared almost immediately. The machine arrived visibly dirty and looked used.

So at this point, we had received one Demi that arrived broken, a second Demi that failed shortly afterward, dealt with a failed return shipment and delays, and then finally received a TK-02 that looked dirty and previously used.

That was the final straw.

We have now asked to cancel the rental entirely and return the machine. We genuinely wanted to like the service, but after multiple defective machines, shipping problems, delays, poor communication, and the condition of the TK-02 when it arrived, we no longer have any confidence in continuing.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Well I joined the rental program and it's almost been a month and I haven't received my machine and they say that they ship out with intend to 13 or 14 or 15 days and nothing. I've called in twice and I get the runaround and they say they'll get back to me and then they don't. Then I call a different number and I get the Philippines which is no problem when they can actually help you. We were hoping that this rental program would be cool but I finally talked to somebody today and he said he had a little bit of information and it sounds like they don't have enough machines well that would be nice to know before they start taking more bookings.

I purchased a Terra Kaffe TK-01 in May 2023. Less than a year later, it was already having issues and Terra Kaffe provided a replacement brew unit.

Now, only a few years into ownership, the machine has developed an electrical fault and is shorting out.

What concerns me most is Terra Kaffe’s response. I went back and forth with customer support through several emails and escalated the issue. The representative ultimately told me she was part of management, had personally reviewed my case, and that Terra Kaffe’s decision was final.

Their solution was for me to pay for a repair, buy a refurbished replacement, or spend more money on another Terra Kaffe machine.

More importantly, this is an electrical issue. If Terra Kaffe has seen this type of failure before, that raises obvious questions about the product and why they are not addressing it. If they have not seen it before, I would expect them to want the machine back so they can determine why it is electrically shorting and make sure there is not a safety issue.

Instead, I now have an expensive premium coffee machine taking up space that cannot safely make coffee, with no resolution other than spending more money with a company whose product has already had multiple issues and that has taken no ownership of the latest failure.

No thanks.

For the price of these machines, I expected much better longevity and much better customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Terra Kaffe.

My family loves our TK-02 which I’ve had for two years. Everyone drinks coffee a different way so it satisfies each of us with great coffee and it’s so easy to use and maintain. I recently had trouble with the screen and reached out for support. I received a response within the hour and Perla was friendly and worked diligently to resolve my issue efficiently so we wouldn’t be without coffee!

I bought the aero frother and i am in love! It really enhances my morning cup of coffee and makes it truly special! Terra Kaffe is a fantastic company and when i had any questions, they would respond immediately.

I discovered Terra Kate through Madison Quinn blog. She profiled the TK02. It was too much for me so I got the Demi. Love it. I do wish it had a decaf option, I drink regular in the morning and decaf in the afternoon. I had an issue with the grinder not grinding the beans. Customer service was quick to respond and gave me a simple fix. The machine is super simple to use, just twist the dial to your preferred drink and push the button. The espressos are delicious and I have become a coffee snob!

Great customer service that was easy to deal with. They were quick to act on a request and were helpful and fair.

Love this machine! Super user friendly. It cleans itself and notifies me when I need to change a filter, empty the grounds or add water. Endlessly customizable and makes amazing coffee drinks. Had a slight issue and contacted customer service who responded immediately and followed up again to make sure the issue was fixed.

I really love the product. More than anything, when I had an issue, it was easy to get in touch with them, and they handled everything quickly and smoothly. I feel that this is a very trustworthy company.

I’ve had my TK2 for 2 years now and love it. I have several high end auto expressions coffee machines and this is by far the best and easiest to use. It also gives the most customizable options.
The app makes setting coffee profiles super easy.

I had a tech issue today and it was resolved quickly.

I had my TK-02 for about 5 months until I received an error message one day. The machine wouldn't brew or turn on. I emailed their customer support because there is no phone number for customer service. About two weeks later they sent me a box to ship it back to them. Well, about 5 weeks later my machine comes back and its completely soaked? Besides that, there are coffee stains all over the outer shell of the machine. I will not ever be buying from this company again simply for the customer service and subpar machine that broke after a few months. They seem to be more interested in running ad campaigns to appeal to millenials instead of having a good product. steer clear.

My rating is close to 5 stars but not quite. The machine is amazing and the staff are helpful. The only thing that I don't like is that you cannot get immediate help. It takes days to communicate via email. There should be a technical support phone number that I can call and talk to a human to help me right away.

I was sent a defective machine that had to be returned. They sent me another one which was unable to perform to my liking (not hot enough, milk spraying issues, app and connectivity issues). They allowed me to return everything free of cost and were understanding of the issues. However, they offered me an Aeris Glass as an incentive to leave a review specifically on Trustpilot, against trust pilots policies.

We have had our Terra Kaffe TK-02 for about a year now, and we absolutely love it. Early on, we encountered an issue with a persistent error message on our unit. When we reached out to customer support, they were exceptionally quick to assist and worked through the troubleshooting process efficiently. Ultimately, they provided a fast turnaround and replaced the machine for us.

Since receiving the replacement, we have used the TK-02 daily with zero issues. The coffee quality is fantastic, and the machine itself has been a wonderful addition to our daily routine. Furthermore, Terra Kaffe’s support team remains consistently responsive and helpful whenever we have a quick question. We couldn't be happier with both the product and the company behind it.

For my wife and me, the Terra Kaffe Demi was a no-brainer decision. We each drink double long-shot espressos every morning. Financially, we pay $2,591.50 per year. Way more than the Demi espresso machine. Now that we've had it for almost four months, we realize not only was it a great financial decision, but the quality of the shots is perfect, not to mention the convenience.

I bought the Terra Kaffe Demi in Forest Green. The machine arrived well-packaged and setup was simple. I use dark roast beans to make Americanos. The Demi is highly customizable and a joy to use. This was my first espresso machine purchase and I am happy I bought the Demi!

I have trusted Terra Kaffe with my morning (and afternoon) cup of coffee for over 4 years now!! I started with the TK-01 and loved it! I passed it onto my mom recently and upgraded to the Demi. My espresso is smooth and fresh every brew! Customer support is also very quick to respond when you have a question! I always recommend when a friend asks me about my machine! 10/10

I replaced my old single serve self grind machine with the Terra Kaffe Demi. There was a small learning curve and when I reached out to Terra Kaffe, they helped me in a timely manner. I’ve been enjoying fresh coffee every morning and extremely happy with my purchase.

Long time Terra Kaffe user/owner. My TK-01 lost all power. I already had it in for one repair and decided to just get a new machine. My Demi should be here shortly! After owning the TK-01 and not using the milk attachment, I think the Demi will be just perfect. Customer service was great and ultimately helped me make the decision to just purchase a new machine.
