I was contacted after I did the survey. The service was very good. I was listened to and they acted on sorting it out. It's hard for me to admit that it took an Aussie to sort it.

Highly recommend, Course tutor was informative, friendly and patient, personally I find it hard in a class room environment to stay engaged but it was well paced so I never felt like I was disengaged from actively learning

Clinton is a very good teacher as well as talking to the group he found time to discuss problems and issues that an individual has. He worked hard to get us through all the tests and allowed us things to discuss the answers afterwards

The best course I have ever done!
This was the best course I have ever done. Esther was an amazing facilitator. She was fun, professional and very knowledgeable. The course content was great. It was easy to follow and the training material provided was very clear, and great to be able to refer back to. The practical was fun with great examples of faulty equipment to help me understand what im looking for as a test and tagger. Oh.. and the lunch provided was top quality!
