found course ok but very little…
found course ok but very little matterial to keep for reference. a 2 hour course one day and then go to test and tag a week later and trying to figure it all out by memory is very hard still not sure i have it all correct, and get a lot of conflicting info from sparkies that say all you need is to do the multimetre tests.
a lot of our test and tag is done on weekend and help line is not available when try to call as outside hours

They were very efficient and when I booked the wrong course!!
They were very efficient and when I realised I had booked an online course instead of a face to face. The lady I phoned changed it on the spot over the phone.
The info was quickly emailed to us.

The booking process was such a…
The booking process was such a cuffuffle. The feedback from the training itslef is good but trying to deal with the booking was tough. We were booking in a week in advance and it was finally on the Saturday before the Monday training when we got all the correct info through, such as where to go and when.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback - It's great to hear the training itself hit the mark.
However, I’m sorry to hear that the lead-up felt a bit disjointed. I have looked into your booking and I can confirm it was made on Thursday evening, 17 July (NZ time), for a course scheduled the following Tuesday, so just a few days apart.
From our side, everything was processed on time - the enrolment form was sent and returned the next day, and the course info (including venue and start time) was sent shortly after. That said, we completely understand how receiving those details on Saturday, just before a Monday course, might’ve felt a bit last-minute, especially when you’re trying to organise people on your end.
Your feedback is really useful for us, and we’re reviewing how and when we communicate course info after bookings, particularly for short-notice enrolments like this, to make the process feel smoother and more reassuring.
