I have been using lambdatest from last 2 years and i must say this is the best software for the testing and debugging. The best thing about LambdaTest is that it gives you access to all kinds of devices in one place. As a developer, that’s a huge help, you can catch the same bugs you’d see on real devices without needing to physically own that device. I have never signed up for their service, given them my email, or had any prior contact with them. Yet, I received their promotional email out of the blue.
This isn't an isolated incident. My inbox has recently been flooded with marketing emails from numerous AI startups, which strongly suggests my contact information was compromised in a data leak. This company is simply the latest offender to use that leaked data for their own marketing.
This kind of aggressive, invasive marketing tactic is a huge red flag. It shows a fundamental lack of respect for user privacy and questionable ethics. I would strongly advise against engaging with a company that has to resort to spam to find customers. Proceed with caution.

I subscribed to a monthly subscription. I used it for a few days. It threw up a window asking me to switch to an annual subscription, which I didn't want, I just closed the window. It switched to an annual subscription and immediately deducted the money. I wrote to the support who didn't write anything at first, but they read what I wrote. Then they gave me an email address to discuss it with them. Of course, no one responds and based on what I read here, I shouldn't expect a refund.

I used Safari for manual testing, but if I accidentally reload the window with F5, the session ends and won't let me start a new one unless I wait.

The saddest thing is the support, who cares about you until you pay. After that, you're forgotten.
