Though I hate their Windows underpass app because it's not there yet, using it via CLI is much better experience.

I created an account to try out the demo version of LambdaTest and it worked fine but I ultimately decided it wasn't for me. No major issue there, I moved on and didn't subscribe. Easy, right? But then I started getting emails constantly trying to get me to engage with them. I ignored them initially but more kept coming, so I went and deleted my account. That should stop the messages right? It did not.

I tried out LambdaTest in November 2024, deleted my account 3 days later, and since the account deletion I have received 5 emails throughout the months of November 2024 to January 2025. At this point it counts as spam. Any normal company would send one email asking for feedback (if that!) after you delete your account, and then leave you be when you don't respond. The fact that LambdaTest still has my email on record for these spam messages tells me that their account deletion system is not trustworthy and I'm very glad I didn't subscribe and give them my credit card information.

Do not recommend.

More of a POC than a service, everything is buggy, totally unusable, I just lost my subscription.

I downloaded their chrome extension since than my browser open their website automatically. I already uninstalled the extension and it is still happens. When I talk to their live support chat they immediately closed the chat and banned me from reconnecting again.

This might be a useful service on the paid plans. But the free tier is just useless. You get 1 minute of manual testing. 3 times. That's it.

I subscribed for real device app testing. As soon as I upload an APK (which installs great on my local AVD), I get an error "unable to access app file" so I can't test any of my apps which was the reason why I spent the money. Wasted money!
PS: I also tried to use their option "Install from Playstore" which also didn't worked for me. I opened the Playstore on their device and typed in my apps name just to get an "No results found" information. Do the people here even try their own solutions before publishing them?

Impossible to unsubscribe. You have to contact support to unsubscribe but support are useless, they just ask you what you want and as soon as I say cancel my account they stop responding and I get a different person asking me what I want. I've spoken to 5 different support people already today and all I ask every time is "Cancel my account please"

I mean the worst app testing platform if you are in the Asia region. I still don't understand why our company decided to continue their contract with them but believe me, it's the worst!! Occasionally hangs in IOS, and can't even continue any sessions in Android for more than 2 mins without hanging!

Their pricing page claims 60 mins/month with 6 sessions of browser testing of 10 minutes each for the free tier. I signed up today, log in and get kicked out of a test session after just 1 minute and it tells me I only have 2/3 sessions left. Try it again, same happens. Ask on live chat and they say they've changed the free service to only do 3 sessions of 2 minutes each (NOTE: it only gave me 1 minute) and that they would be updating the pricing page. I can see another review from someone last week saying that the free tier had changed - does a company honestly just "forget" to update its pricing page after such a major change in offering?

Yeah, they are saying 100 free minutes.

But they forgot to mention that they will kick you off the platform after using it for 5 minutes, and force you to redo everything you worked on.

I do not recommend.

This is extremely helpful when you discover a design flaw in a particular browser and notify the developer. We could also capture the automated screenshots that are behind the login authentication. Besides, the bonus tool automated screenshot scheduler helped save our time to capture screenshots at regular intervals without logging into LambdaTest. But there are two catches, it is not the tool if you are looking for native mobile app testing or real device testing.

Ever heard about "stellar customer assistance"? Search no more. It looks like LambdaTest really wants to make you feel happy. I came across this platform while looking for BrowserStack alternatives. I did some (free) tests on Lambda and I really liked it. And the price? As a freelancer I find it extremely competitive. I sent a "hi" on the website's chat and the nicest guy ever (Misbah) immediately replied and started a very useful and productive chat with me. It looks like I've found a lifetime partner (sorry Misbah, I was referring to LambdaTest ;-)).

I like full page screenshot feature that allows me to take screenshot(s) at the time of test execution.

I am using LambdaTest from more than one year and never found any issue that affected my working efficiency.
