This was very easy to do with taking just a small hair sample. I took from the nape of my neck. Sent the sample back in the box provided. I did have a problem trying to download the form but I contacted them on chat. This was resolved immediately. The results came back quickly and contained a lot of information. There were a few suspected allergies that were confirmed and a few surprises. Remember that this is not a medical allergy testing service but the information you gain is very helpful and you can start to alter small changes to your diet to see if you feel different. I would have this test done in a years time just compare. I did have many years ago an nhs allergy test at the hospital which did correlate with the test apart from the dog and cat allergy which were different for this test

It was my second time ordering allergy test from this company. Great experience and customer service easy to read test results. The only thing is if you are ordering from US it may take about a month to get the results back. Just keep that in mind.

Weeks to get results
Took weeks to get results they say the sample has not arrived but been posted first class and not far away is rubbish.
Tgey use the postage as excuse to get out of how long the test takes as only supposed to be a 3 day turn around after receiving the sample. Would not recommend.
