Received no report .
Ordered and sent hair sample tracked with EVRI. They say it had been delivered.
Got in touch with testing and got hey asked me to wait as it takes several days for result. This was in November. Haven’t heard anything since. Expensive and disappointing. C. Ward

It's not a kit! They won't refund.
They don't even send you a kit you just send off some random hair or something? Not what I thought so tried getting my money back and they won't refund me. VERY frustrating.
In response to their response: I've been communicating with someone and when I ask for a refund they stop responding. This business is A SCAM.

Prompt and accurate customer service
I did not get a confirmation email and had concerns about the test catering to my almost 2 year old and Avery was able to help me answer my questions so far. She was prompt and very informative. I will submit my sample and hopefully get the answers we are seeking for my daughter.
