Good. Solid platform

While they promoted free text message, it would be helpful to say to a single number. I was able to text myself. It took a few calls to get properly set up. The second customer service person was much easier to understand and was more certain of the process. The good news is that I was able to sign up and send a message for the weekend event to our community we were hosting. I didn't understand that voice wasn't going to translate to text. Now i understand better how this all rolls and I really like the admin back office panel as I can see what messages were well received and which ones need to be updated. Overall, a good experience.

not easily accessible for business'

It's hard to have a business share the account because you have to verify with your own email address. It would be great if we could have more managers on one account and be able to verify it through their own emails. We've had to create a new account for each manager and add money when one account should be accessible throughout our community.

We reached out to the email on your account with more details on what likely caused this, but the short version: our system listens for the beep on a recipient's voicemail box before starting your message, and if that beep is faint or delayed, the beginning can get clipped.
