Low price, but a bit cumbersome for an emergency use like Fire or Shelter in place. Will work well for building closures or general messaging.

The text, once sent, worked as expected. It was delivered to the people I sent it to. However, the process of sending a text is cumbersome. Our intended use is for emergency use. Fire Alarm and other building closures or shelter in place type messages. I hope Tex-Em-All is working on a short cut to send an emergency text to all business staff members that can be completed in fewer steps. That would be ideal. For the price, which I consider to be very inexpensive, is great. I just wish a quick message could be sent easily by multiple people in an emergency.

This is a standing policy that applies to every account equally, and it's one we stand behind. We know that makes us the wrong fit for some use cases.

I like that you did away with two-factor authentication

Text-em-all has been great. When I called customer service, a real person answered the phone and was very helpful. They even followed up and called me back to make sure everything was corrected and working properly. I like that they did away with two-factor authentication. This makes sending our emergency notification texts possible. I also like the Android app, which also makes it easy to take the service mobile when we do have an emergency. It would be nice if you could add biometric sign-in from our phones for the app. I sent a test message yesterday, and it took 37 seconds before everyone started receiving it. We will be extending our service with Text-Em-All.

So far so good!

So far this is a much easier and more affordable option for our small community swim team to send messages to our whole team than the Remind App.

This services is great. Easy to send out text to my students. I like that you get a status of messages. I like prepaying for credits and using them as needed. Great service.
