Opnieuw een prima ervaring
Opnieuw een prima ervaring: een mooi kwalitatief hoogwaardig produkt, snelle accurate levering. Wat wellicht wat verbetering nodig heeft: telefonisch contact op dinsdag en donderdag liep wat moeizaam. Maar na inspreken van voicemaal werd ik enkele dagen later teruggebeld en goed en behulpzaam te woord gestaan. Ik ben fan!

Wonderful company
I bought the short Parka two years ago in their shop in Amsterdam and I still love it. Now I bought a sweater online and it looks really good too. I love their ethical ways of working and I hope to purchase more from them in the future. Keep up the good work!

Items run large, and return is at the cost of customer...
The clothes I received were, although beautiful, far too large. I used the store guidelines to pick the right size (the smallest, S), but upon receiving my order, they were unfortunately too large. I have to send everything back, only to find out that returning the shipment is at my own cost. Although I really appreciate the efforts Teym put into creating clothing that is sustainably made, the customer experience is lacking on this front.
