So I continue using tf tools for the simple reason they provide a great service and you don't have to chase them up all the time. I recently ordered 2 of there wood owl auger bits I tend to use auger bits for drilling out for locks and have found that these auger bits a far superior than my old ones. Once again thank you T F Tools your the best

Tf tools have been extremely helpful and making sure your buying the right thing for you, everything they sell is of the highest quality and when receiving my purchase they make it feel very personal. Hi Jens, we are sorry you thought the information provided wasn't sufficient.
We have a section on the top of every page which says "Outside the UK? We remove VAT - click here to read more" and it links to this page https://www.tftools.co.uk/pages/post-brexit-international-customers
We explains how your country may charge VAT & customs.
It depends where you live but when you import goods, your government may charge VAT or duty.
We also ensure that the UK VAT is removed from the prices for everyone outside the UK, this ensures that you don't pay tax twice.
You only pay the tax that you country would usually charge on goods. Thanks, Lucy
