Great shoes. Comfortable and economical and stylish

Great shoes! I've had them for about two weeks, and they're exactly what the Indian barefoot shoes market needs. Extremely comfortable, durable, and well designed. They're one-eighth the cost of Vibram Five Fingers, and deliver the same value. Five stars for the product, but it would do a lot of good for them to use a reliable and reputable shipping company for deliveries.

Bro my most heartfelt gratitude to the founder of Thaely ! I am someone who hates wearing shoes and loves trekking. I grew up in Madurai, Thamizh Naadu, where there are a lot of stone hills surrounding our city. I grew up climbing these bare foot. However, as I started climbing hills in other places that were not made of stone and had much more varied terrain, climbing barefoot became impractical. However, all these hiking boots and shoes available on the market simply rob one’s feet of the feel of the ground, which is really the joy of trekking and walking, with their thickass soles and rigid bodies. But the Tech Tabi is perfect! A hardy and pretty flexible pair of shoes that still allow you to feel the climb and the terrain while not compromising on safety or comfort! The tree camo design I bought is pleasing on the eyes while trekking and looks cool overall too! It also cleans and dries pretty well! I am in love!!! Clearly a significant level of consideration has gone into arriving at this excellent design. I am forever grateful to y’all. It’s brands with thoughtful products like yours that make me believe that an Indian fashion renaissance is well underway. The only minor suggestion I have is if possible to make the aglets of the laces a bit more pronounced and bigger or maybe give a pair of attachable aglets that are bigger cuz I’m afraid a clumsy person like myself will lose the round bit that holds both laces together because it comes off so easily given the size of the aglets. Again, this might be just me. Perfect product either ways!

The website and buying process was very seamless and straightforward. The product right on time and is described. Happy with the product as well as the companies greater cause to recycle and reduce waste.

I requested for a return on account of a fit issue . Instead I was offered an exchange and sent a company return/exchange policy.
Not accepting something back on account of a fit issue is ridiculous. Please take them back even if you don’t want to refund the money and stay sustainable as you claim to be.

The shoes are very comfortable to wear and walk around with. I now own three pair of shoes and very happy with them

I ordered the shoes for a family member but it turn out to be 1 size smaller. I checked the website there is no option to initiate an exchange request. So sent an email to Thaely sales but have received not response.

The size I ordered didn’t fit me but I am happy with how the exchange process took place. The prices of products are also affordable.

The size is correct but found the upper to be too tight squeezing my foot . This causes slight discomfort . Need to improve the upper keeping Indian foot in mind , cheers

The design is good and feels comfortable. I really like how breathable the shoe is. It also gives decent protection to your feet especially toes.
Weight training in these shoes is amazing because of great balance and comfort.

Placing order was easy, delivery was one day late but that's okay considering the product's great quality. Loving every step with it.

Nice sung fit on my feet. Haven't used it for running and working out yet but would just one thing is I would have loved it to be even more wider at the toe especially around pinky finger as the shape is sloppy around there I feel. I use Vibram five-finger barefoot shoes for my workout and running and absolutely love them. this is a bit far from there but would love this design to evolve and getting closer to five-finger and then we can have our own Indian brand with five-finger shoes to compete with Vibram!

I placed an order on the 25th March. Even after waiting for almost 12 days, there was no updates regarding the delivery. I emailed them asking for an update but got no response. So I had to message them on social media to which they replied. They just said it's a delay from the delivery partner's end and provided no confirmation as to when I should expect to receive my order even though the shoes were being shipped from Pune to Pune! Unfortunately I had to cancel it as I couldn't wait any longer. If delivery issues are arising because of the delivery partner then I would suggest that the delivery partner needs to be changed. You're losing customers as a result
