Received the paper translation too…
Received the paper translation too late. On their website it said 2-5 days, but I received much later than that.
I told them that I need it fast when I placed the order, they did not tell me that they will send it from the US to Denmark which definetly cannot be within 2-5 days by normal mail. While e-mailing with the customer service they were unfriendly and all the time trying avoid being guilty.

Dear Taghrid Abdallah,
You ordered a non certified translation to English and you got an estimated delivery time. We informed you about the fact that a non certified translation of your document will not be accepted as certain documents must be certified to be accepted outside of Denmark. The original estimate was therefore not valid any longer as it was based on your initial order.
I have been through the communication between you and our customer support and nowhere can I see that they have been unfriendly. If they hadn't told you that you needed a translation that was certified you would have paid for something that would have been unusable.
You paid at 09.05 on the 3rd of July and we delivered a certified translation to you at 18.34 the same day. Unfortunately it does take time for the mail to arrive to Denmark but normally it arrives from the US within 5-6 days.
