Unacceptable
Unacceptable. Paid EUR 145 online for an Authorized translation of a Chinese drivers license - needed it for the Police to swap to a Danish. Received a translation from a non-authorized Chinese native, that could not be accepted by the Police (Phoned the translator that by her own admission had no license).
I asked the CEO, Mr. Björn Hallberg, for a refund. Never heard a word back from him.

Dear Mr. Orfelt,
Most of what you write is incorrect.
You have written to us once on Dec 22 at 11.37 and I replied myself on the Dec 22nd at 11.41. At that time, you claimed that you had received the PDF we sent you online but the original sent from the translator directly to you was still missing and we note that you both live in the same city i.e. Copenhagen.
You claim you didn't get an Authorized translation. Since Jan 1st 2016 there is no such thing as an authorized translator in Denmark (https://erhvervsstyrelsen.dk/translatoerer-og-tolke). From that date Denmark has entered a situation which is similar to what we have in the UK and the US where the translator sign the document and state that the translation is made correctly. This exactly what you have received. The translator who made the translation is the translator normally used by Danish Government authorities so there is no doubt that the drivers license she translated will be accepted by the authorities.

Great job
Quite impressed with the quality of the Swedish translation I ordered . Really good and professional job. I would differently recommend their services .
Would like to make a note that they didn't manege to deliver the translation in the expected time frame, for witch I got nothing more then one line explaining that the expected delivery date is not the exact delivery time, without an apology of any kind. I think it would be better if I was updated accordingly in advance, instead of contacting customer service myself- frustrated not knowing what's happening.
Nevertheless I'm really satisfied with the job they did and will use them again.

Fast and easy
First time, but I would use again. Translation was fast and whole process was easy. There is no way to know the quality of the actual translation, but given the professionalism shown, I have no concerns. Would use again!
