Ordered a quiver online and payed, couple days later they emailed saying the colour I ordered wasn't in stocks so I asked for a different colour. Then waited for my order to arrive. Checked in a 10 days later and it still said my order was processing so I sent them an email. Now its been 21 days since asking for a new colour and I've emailed and called but no reply. Please AVOID, I am now attempting to get my money back via my bank.

Edit: Finally got ahold of them and cancelled my order but still do not buy from here. Instead I recommend pheonix archery, never failed me.

Very poor online ordering:
Paypal was declined due to schoolboy error in the shop algorithms.
No clear instruction on credit card number format - card was repeatedly refused until I worked out the required format.
Uncaring staff. No reply to emails.
They do not deserve your business.

The problem I have with this company is not the staff, they are very helpful. The issue I have is you can’t tell on their website what is actually in stock. So have ordered 2 items only to find out they are coming from a supplier in Germany
So won’t be using them again until they add the magic 2 words “in stock “

Would never post a review but I have urge to do it this time.

Bought a compound and only issue with them is I'd say stating on website they have stock available when in reality they most likely order from suppliers that results longer delivery times to customer instead promised 2-3 days delivery (I waited 9 days I believe to be shipped due to x/y reasons).
I'd suggest always check with them if they actually physically have stock in store.

On other hand, communication is spot on! A++++ Guys communicated back on my every email regarding my bow almost every day and most I'd wait for reply would be next day if I happened to send email too late.

After showing obvious dissatisfaction due to shipping delays, they offered to have my shipping refunded due to longer waiting times.

I declined and only requested open communication and shipping soonest possible and they delivered!

I'm extremely happy with them and way they handled my online purchase and my complaints.

Only things again they could work on in my opinion is precise stock availability but other than that, guys were upmost helpful, followed on any concerns I had and shipped as soon as it because possible.

Shocking service.
Money accepted by archery shop as a usual supplier, quick email confirmation, followed by nothing.

2 emails and 13 days later I haven’t heard anything from the archery shop. They stated a DPD delivery, not Royal Mail, and on their own website claims this will be 1-2 working days.

I’m seeking action through paypal for my money back and at the time of writing this review, they have not rectified any issues.

Ordered a recurve January admittedly waited few weeks but taking into consideration the delays everywhere in the uk things are not the same as they were I rang a few times just to keep myself in the loop tracked my parcel through dpd and even dpd are late at deliveries in all I am a happy customer and received recurve at a good price would definitely by again from them

I made an order and it has taken over 13 days for them to even ship the product and their customer services team constantly lie about when the order will arrive and give false promises every time I contacted them. Their delivery cost is also very high. Definitely will not be ordering from them again and recumbent everyone stays away.

Terrible customer service. I have bought 2x recurve bows from this shop and neither have been supplied with a string or even a simple assembly guide or advice about a suitable string. The instructions enclosed with the bow were for a take down bow ! completely useless. I phoned them to ask advice The person i spoke to clearly wasn't interested in customer support and was impatient , irritated ,dismissive and rude. Not for the first time either.
Last bow that I buy from that shop.!

By the way the bow was advertised as being 'In Stock' it wasn't . The shop ordered my bow from Italy resulting in a long shipping delay .

I feel a bit mean as most reviews for this company are good. But.
I ordered a tab palm plate and spacer kit on the 03/09. Despite a phone call to their store still no delivery by Tues 13/09. The store blamed Royal mail (No collection at store) but to be honest this could’ve been sent in an envelope. (Where’s the thinking team)
That said I’ve been inundated with emails from them of offers. I mean inundated!!!!!
Not going to spend another penny with them, until I’m satisfied they can fulfil obligations.

This for me is one of the best online company to buy from I have always had great service, and find it pleasing that you can ring them and get to speak direct to someone with no call waiting BS.

Excellent experience with the Archery shop, great communication and my crossbow arrived the next morning.

Leagues above their competition. I have now used all the larger outlets and by far and away this store has been the best from a customer standpoint. Less delays, better communication, price match, great sales & product range. Oh, and loyalty rewards!

To top it off the staff are informed, friendly and have been a pleasure to deal with as a newcomer to the hobby. I'm not exactly an easy person to deal with: i have too many questions and my head runs at mach 10. They have been great with me regardless.

I highly recommended choosing this store over the others, they deserve you're business where others take it for granted.

I purchased a target and stand through The archery shop and found them helpful,organised and above all efficient. The items were price matched and sent swiftly. Good communication from them too. From my experience so far , I would thoroughly recommend them. No complaints at all, which is so rare these days.

I ordered a set of recurve limbs that were marked as avaliable on the website. I had a call from the shop to say that due to an admin error by his supplier thet were not in stock. To remedy the problem they provided a higher grade set of limbs and arranged for next day delivery (saturday) at their expense.

It don't get much better than that.

Edit: I gave this shop 5 stars 2 years ago but unfortunately after my recent experience it has gone really down hill. As others have said you will wait months even though the items are listed as in stock on the website, being told "next week" repeatedly. Customer service has also gone down the drain, they will stop responding when you ask for a refund. I have had to go through my bank, I will use Merlin Archery in future.

I ordered a fletching jig from The Archery Shop and mistakenly thought a part was missing, which I later found.

Carl and Mike were great in handling my initial query about the missing part, and ordered me a replacement without any fuss at all. When I found the missing part (which was my own fault) they were very good natured about it and wished me a happy experience with my first-time fletching, which was a really nice personal touch.

I would definitely purchase from them again based on my experience as other companies I have used from archery and crossbow supplies just aren't bothered about customer service, but Carl and Mike went above and beyond even though the issue was ultimately my fault.

Highly recommended.

I bought from ''The archery shop'' Pse evo nxt 33 the best bow from 2020 , delivery it was very fast less then 7 days , the bow is very smooth . I will give 5 stars and many thanks to Carl and Mike who setup my bow with peep and d-loop .

After a long search to find a supplier that could get the Bow I wanted without a long wait, Messed up the colour choice so contacted the archery shop by email, fast responce and no issue changing my order.
The delvery was free (always a bonus) and the price was perfect.
Didnt see many reviews of this shop so thought I'd do them the honour..

Fast professional service, prices just too good to pass and a seller that can get the stock listed :)
