Excellent customer experience delivered by Matt & the team. Visited the store for my first ever road bike & the process was seamless from start to finish. All of my requirements were discussed, my dream bike was received promptly & two fittings were carried out both in advance & when the bike arrived to ensure the optimal fit. Faultless service & I would highly recommend for all your cycling needs.

I had a bike fit with Matt at the bicycle lounge, it took around one hour 40 minutes. I found the changes made to my bike and the help and guidance shared by Matt very helpful. I can fully recommend the experience, money well spent.

Great service from the best bike shop I’ve been in. More of a personal service than the branded stores and a deep knowledge of the products available.
I hadn’t bought a new bike from them for 11 years and don’t regret it at all. The bike is well put together and was ready to ride straight away despite it being a bespoke build.

Excellent service from Matt and the team. I needed a competent bike fit carrying out as I was suffering from a pain in my knee, Matt carried this out and gave me the correct measurements I needed. Excellent service from the team and no more knee pain. Also will be back for the a new winter bike...

Faultless service from Matt and the team. Everyone created a super relaxed environment, Matt was really helpful talking me through everything and an all round top bloke. The fit is great value for money, I've been so much more comfortable on my bike since getting it done. Can't recommend visiting enough!

When spending a sizeable amount on a premium product you expect the service and environment to match. The Bicycle lounge goes above and beyond to deliver this, fantastic showroom "lounge" - great range of premium bikes on offer and a very personable service offered by Matt and Sean. Both highly knowledgeable and can't spend enough time with you to make sure you fully understand what you're buying and to ensure the bike fits with you and your requirements. The level of customer service is on another level. When spending a huge amount of money on a new bike, I considered purchasing online. However my concern was how difficult it would be to sort out any issues. This is never a problem for these guys

Having purchased my bike 18 months ago from the Bicycle Lounge I took it back for a service this week and found just the same customer focus, attention to detail and really fair pricing as I previously have.
Paul assessed the work required then talked me through the parts that needed replacing on the bike and did an exceptional job of bringing it back to as new condition, I took it out the next day and it rode beautifully.
Although it's a 220 mile round trip to Ormskirk it's defiantly worth it!

From my initial visit to the collection of my bike, the entire experience has been excellent. Finalizing the specifications was made effortless thanks to Matt’s expertise and in-depth knowledge, which perfectly complemented his skill in bike fitting. Since collecting the bike, I’ve ridden just under 100 miles, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the end result. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his team for any of your cycling needs.

I travelled a 250 mile round trip to pick up a Pinarello X3. I was somewhat nervous about the fact that I did not know anything about the shop except that the prices were fair. I had concerns about the sizing of the bike. These concerns were addressed confidently via email, however, I still felt like I was “rolling the dice”.

When I arrived in Ormskirk, the reception, and customer experience, was way beyond what I’d expected or hoped for.

It’s clear that Matt and his team really do know what they are on about. They were so generous with their time and experience that I felt hugely reassured I was both buying the right bike and the right size.

They took their time to really nail the bike fit so that it was right for me. The experience was also lighthearted and good fun.

One week later, and 100 miles in, I couldn’t be happier with both the bike, and the bike fit.

If you are considering travelling to Ormskirk, I hope this review reassures you that your efforts will be more than worthwhile.
