I have had very good results with this product. I find that I don't use it as often as recommended. I tend to use it in the evening,as I'm very busy in the morning, thus right now I have more product then I can use.
I'm 70 years old, on social security, and finding I have to reduce my spending.
I will not stop using crepe erase, but I will customize my bundle in the future.

Bad internal operations sent two…
Bad internal operations sent two packages of product after I had canceled my subscription. Granted that one may have been shipped while my subscription cancellation was in process but it's unfathomable that i should have to pay a shipping return for their error on the second shipment.
I honestly canceled my subscription because I wasn't seeing results that merited spending $100 a month on the product line.
I've actually seen better results in two weeks after using Nivea firming lotion.

Great Quality Products!
I think that the body firm, especially the crêpe erase products are very high-quality. A little bit on the higher side as far as price wise, but I do like them. I had to reduce my order by a few products because it just got too expensive. I also really appreciated the introductory kit and I absolutely loved the LED light product for the face. However, the button to turn the product on fell inside and I was so disappointed because I really liked that a lot. I don’t find it on your site where I could order another one. I have not talked with customer service, but I may do that because I’d love to have another one.

Aggravated with the website
I tried off and on to change what I was receiving because I liked the products but I couldn’t change what products I was receiving and have too much of what I did get. It was probably at least a year that I couldn’t even get on the website to make changes.

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times and keep getting the run around! I didn’t have to jump through hoops to purchase but now you won’t stop the subscription. I guess I will have to cancel my card so you will have no access to my account!!!!

It does not work!!!
It does not work!!!! I have tried to cancel this automatic recurring payment for months on email and no one responds back and I continue to get charged regardless of how many times I try to reach out to you. Your customer service is horrendous and this is a piece of crap product.
