Terrible communication and website
I ordered a card, and after payment went through an error screen popped up and I didn't receive any updates or tracking number until I emailed them a month later, just to find out they hadn't even shipped my order. Terrible website and unfriendly customer service.

To provide a little clarity for other customers reading this review:
A technical communication error with our third-party payment processor meant that while the customer's payment was eventually successful, the order was not automatically transmitted to our system. As a result, we had no record of the purchase and were unable to act on it.
The moment the customer contacted us, we located the payment, processed the order, and dispatched it, even accommodating a last-minute request to change the shipping destination to another country. We have reached out to Aden directly regarding this review but have not received a reply.

Such unbelievably poor quality
Such unbelievably poor quality, very faded color and what looks like a scan of a hologram on the card. Was expecting something much higher quality for the price I paid. Very disappointing.
