Absolutely amazing turn around and superb quality. 3 days from start to delivery. Printing quality is really good (and I'm a printer/photocopier engineer so I know my field). I'll definitely be using them again.

Bought a medical id card for my niece. Card arrived quickly and the process was very smooth.

Ive just got my son id card im pleased with how its turn out thanks alot my son very happy now as he been messed about with other people that he been waiting ages with.

I applied for a card due to a metal hip implant. The card I received had a blurred image instead of my photo. I was then offered a discount on a new card. Don't bother with these people. It's a sham full of excuses.
As you can see from the reply, they take no responsibility for a missing ID photo. Given the fact I was in hospital with a severed hip joint, my main priority was not checking to see if a company had done their job right. It's obvious that they turn these cards out without checking them 1st. Apparently it's the customer who has to check for problems, if there is one, then it's the customers fault for not checking for a missing photo. This is not the way to carry out a business. If you cant be trusted to print a simple card and id photo, then you cannot be trusted at all. Customer service and quality control does not exist with this company. AVOID

I made a mistake and ordered single sided cards. (old age kicking in) I rang up spoke a lovely lady who not only emailed me a link to get straight back to what I need but also sent me a coupon to give me a discount. Couldn't fault them at all. X

Great Customer Service would definitely use again

It is true! That this is a business but! But! What this company is doing is providing an absolute community service for those of us with chronic illnesses and who are severely disabled and as someone who is both of those, I cannot recommend them/this company more highly enough to everybody "In the same boat" as me. - I especially want every single chronic illness sufferer in our country (UK) to know about this company.

Making contact with card project was very easy they reply to my email very quickly and are a professional company to do business with. I have brought from them twice now and will be buying from them again. If you ever want any ID cards made use these people. Also the ID cards are great and look so good and professional. I didn't wait long for it come in the post they make the cards how you want it and like it. So happy with my ID card I received thanks guys.

Got a custom pilot card made for my nephew who wants to fly planes, he’s 7 so most likely won’t get the job just yet but was really impressed with the service! Will be back for more!
