Brilliant customer service, lovely members of staff made us feel very welcome, car is very good would definitely recommend.

Couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Iman was a star. So personable and genuinely wanted us to be happy. Very helpful. Was having some financial institute issues but the guys were very patient and helpful and I felt comfortable with them. They have some really cool cars.

We bought car in March. It's been 3 months, for a 2 month we still have to fix something and the worst thing is that the paint on the car is starting to fall off!!!! We paid 8,500 for the car! the trip to Europe ended with the tow truck downloading!! During the warranty period when the car broke down, no help! We heard it's too far and we got RAC. RAC won't help because it's just plain protection! We had to fix it alone! I do not recommend this car shop to anyone!

I bought a second hand car from Car Way and had first class service. Oliver kept us informed of everything from start to finish. The car was delivered to us in first class condition and the delivery driver was brilliant. I would recommend using this company to anyone whether buying a new or used car. Also the car was fully serviced and valeted with half a tank of petrol thrown in. +++++++++

Great experience except I drove 2 hours for the car to have a couple of minor issues but they quickly got them sorted and even delivered the car to me at 9pm to make sure I had it to go away. Delivery driver (didn’t catch his name) was brilliant explained everything and was really polite and professional.

This has been by far the best transaction of buying a car , a very special thanks to Iman who has helped me through everything from start to finish to choose my car absolutely amazing sales person very helpful and so informative when it comes to choosing what you look for , he’s done a fantastic job from servicing the car as well as checking what was needed of any and to top it off he’s filled the tank for me as a gift , what a top man Iman is thank you again and pleasure dealing with him

Pre-Arranged to view a car this morning; after driving from over an hour away , we arrived to find noone at the showroom to show us the car. We found the car tucked away in a corner, covered in green moss and dirt and leaves. The car looked like it hadn’t been moved for months, despite me being told it had a fresh service and mot completed recently. The car was also covered in scuffs, scratches and was missing a trim. None of this was highlighted in the online adverts, and I feel this company are completely dishonest and unprofessional.
