First time buyer from The car way. We travelled from south lakes for a Qashqai 4x4. Absolutely fabulous service, plenty of time given to look at the car with no one looking over your shoulder. Iman was great at sorting paperwork quickly and efficiently even sorted the tax out. Typical woman I wasn't too happy with the valet but Iman didn't hesitate to offer money off for another velet to be done. Would highly recommend, and when we should need another car will certainly go back. Thank you one happy motorist.

Bought a Ford Focus of them back in September and had a couple issues with it so called the company and even tho my 30 days warranty was finished they did everything in their power to sort my issue out.
Will definitely recommend them and will buy my car from here.

I brought a VW Golf GTI in Nov 2022 and we are now in March 2023 and im looking to sell the car. Considering the cost of the car to only get 1 months warranty was not a good start then 1 month later drivers side wheel started to smoke and turns out i needed new rear pads, discs & Calipers on both sides which wasnt picked up in the mot just before the car got delivered to me. Since buying the car ive had the car in the garage almost the same amount of time that ive been driving it and now to top it off there keyless entry needs fixing and that now needs to be repaired, shall not be buying a car from The Car Way again
