We’ve sent the tasting notes over via email. If you haven’t received them, please do let us know at hello@thecheesegeek.com and we’ll get those over to you straight away 🤓

Whilst we appreciate it’s not quite the same as a printed booklet, we had to make some last-minute adjustments to your selection due to unexpected supply issues, and we wanted to ensure you received the correct tasting notes for the cheeses included. This is something we’re actively working on improving, so your feedback is genuinely helpful.

I’m also very sorry to hear that one of the cheeses wasn’t clearly identified. That’s certainly not what we’d expect, and we’ll be looking into this with the team to understand what happened. In the meantime, the tasting notes we’ve sent should help with identification, and we’re always happy to assist if anything is still unclear.

Hi Daniel,

We’re really sorry this order didn’t arrive as expected - especially as it was for Mother’s Day. We completely understand the disappointment caused.

Due to the extended delay in transit, we advised that the cheese shouldn’t be consumed as it was outside our freshness window, which is why we arranged a fresh replacement box straight away. We’re very sorry that this replacement was also affected by a further courier delay.

We know this isn’t the experience you hoped for, and we’ve since issued a full refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
