Amazing service from the booking, to the drivers turning up early, really friendly and no problem with the journey at all. Would defo use again and recommend this company to anyone. Thankyou so much for the smooth running to the biggest part of my daughters hen do.

Eddie the driver was a brilliant driver, such a smooth journey buty ways.

He was so friendly and caring. One of our brownies was feeling ill and he offers an ice cold drink and some chocolate.

He just went above and beyond all day.

The coach was lovely and clean. Will use again with out doubt

Absolute shambles of a company.

Booked a 4 day return trip to Newquay from Surrey. The coach and coach driver turned up at the agreed meet point & refused to take us on the day and just drove off. When questioned, he said he felt 'intimidated'. This was a complete nonsense, as he had not spoken to any of us. He then made up a bunch of lies about what he said he saw at the pick up point, and argued about the agreed meet up time (which was non-sensical, as he had not even arrived at the time he claimed we were meant to meet) as a reason to not take us.
We had to waste time calling every other coach company in the local area, before having the stress of finding alternative transport at great cost, by cab and train. This was also the case for the return journey we had booked, which the company refused to honour as well, even though it was on a future date.
The company were unwilling to send another coach or another driver, even though we had a clear record of written communications over what had been agreed on the booking.
We have had to struggle to get the money that we paid back, and the company are unwilling to offer any sort of compensation for either the inconvenience suffered, and the lack of morality of the company employee.
What kind of company just leaves people stranded at the start of a 4 day trip, despite turning up? What are they meant to do? More importantly, what kind of company shows absolutely zero remorse for doing so either?
Stay away from this company at all costs.

The Coach Hire People, especially Lee, are highly recommendable - they were super responsive and flexible to accommodate our needs, even to last minute changes. And most of all: they were reliable. Everything worked flawlessly, so we could offer our wedding guests a great transportation experience.

we hired a 57 seater coach for wedding guests to go to ascot, and i must say the coach was at very high standard, the service i got from lee hunt was amazing, he kept me up to date with all the details, phoned me the day before to confirm all the details and emailed me with the drivers details.
the driver Roy was fantastic and very helpfull.
i will use and recomend them for all your coach hires.

I booked a group of 50 athletes to travel to london for sporting event from Ireland. Lee was always so professional to deal with. Took calls and responded to all e mails swiftly. Brilliant service with this company! From the moment we booked the coach to the minute we returned home. Both Dean, who I dealt with via email, and Jay, our driver, were great. Very friendly, professional and so helpful.
We'll definately use again ans would 100% reccommed to others.

The coach was on , as the weather was bad and we are a group of older people this was important. the coach was clean. The driver was really helpful and patient, helped with boarding the coach and adjusting seat belts.

Easy to book. friendly staff, competitively priced. Travel went smooth.

This was a last minute booking (I was let down with a weeks notice by an alternate company) After the initial stress of that, I couldn't have been more pleased to find The Coach Hire People! Dean made the whole process so simple & straightforward!
They offered flexibility throughout the day of the hire, which meant everything went without a hitch, the team were happy with the coach and the driver was great!
I will definitely be going straight to Dean & The Coach Hire People Team next time :)

Lee and his folks are the best! I took a group of 13 high school students through on a 13 day trip throughout visiting cities throughout England. They are super responsive and wonderful company to deal with and will absolutely use them again on the next trip I take a group to the UK.

A very short notice booking and Lee couldn't accommodate me enough after being let down by another company. Great communication, easy booking and a direct contact. Everything went smoothly and will definitely using their service again for any future corporate events. Thank you Lee for arranging and thank you to our driver on the day who was equally great.

Lee @ The Coach Hire People got us out of a huge bind at very late notice, sending a coach and 2 drivers to Paris with very little notice. The effort that went into making the job happen was second only to the level of communication.
I would not hesitate to use Lee's services again and have already recommended him to my colleagues.

The Coach hire people especially Lee was simply AMAZING! Lee could tell that I was alittle nervous as it’s my brothers wedding and I didn’t want to have any issues and Lee assured me that nothing would go wrong. Lee always answered my calls, always in contact with me and organised a great coach and the driver was very friendly! I can’t emphasis enough how great this company is, they accommodated our needs and just such lovely people!!
I would highly recommend using The Coach Hire people if you are looking to book a coach. They are reliable, trustworthy with clear communication. You have nothing to worry about booking through this company.
THANK YOU AGAIN LEE!!! Super happy with your service!

First time using the company for a trip for our students.
It was very last minute due to a previous mistake i made not booking a coach. These guys were amazing.
Lee was so helpful and thankfully managed to help me as soon as i asked him which meant we had some happy students.
The driver turned up on time and the coach was nice and clean too. And off they went on their way.
We are most certainly going to use them again.
Thanks again Lee

The Salesman could respond to messages timeously and the shuttles were on time.

Let down at the last minute by another provider, and Lee was so quick to try and help us out.

Great vehicle, very spacious, on time and so easy to work with.

Incredible service

All of our travel logistics worked seamlessly. Minibus transfers were all done in a timely and safe manner. Transfer out to Gatwick was excellent with high quality bus and driver. Bus from Oban was excellent & safe in difficult rainy conditions. Transfer from Gatwick to Warsash was efficient and safe also in heavy M25 traffic.
