My grandson’s favorite sofa, our Conran sectional.
My grandson has been growing up with this beautiful and durable Conran sectional sofa for most of his 7 yrs. He has run on it, jumped on it, buried toys, and himself, in it; built a multitude of structures and camps with the cushions, and it has endured, beautifully! We are lucky to have it in our home and our lives.

Caveat emptor
Caveat emptor would be my advice to any prospective clients, particularly with the Paris branch.
I urgently needed 4 wishbone chairs and a bed. I went to the website to place my order. I carefully checked (1) what was in stock (only 3 of the chairs I wanted) and (2) delivery times as I needed the furniture before a specific date. I bought through the Conran shop precisely because I thought they would be more reliable...
Fast forward almost two weeks and having heard nothing from the Conran shop I started calling. Essayes were taken but never any call backs. So I started emailing all the addresses I could find. Finally, another two weeks later, I received a response. I was told that I had been sent an email confirmation (after the sale) that indicated a much later delivery date.
I have repeatedly explained that I paid great attention to the order process (evidenced by the fact that the numbers are very clear in my mind) but my concerns were summarily dismissed - their email prevails (subtext the client is an idiot or a liar)
An incredibly disappointing experience and one that would make me use other providers for all future furniture purchases. There is simply nothing that would make me ever want to deal with a Conran shop again and fortunately most of the brands they stock and that I like I can get elsewhere.

Unrealistic delivery time
The product (a bed) is great but the time promised for delivery (12 weeks) turned into a 6 month wait. While I was kept informed, the Conran shop needs to be more transparent and honest on the availability of products.
The delivery team were great and I really appreciated the link with the British Heart Foundation which allowed an old sofa bed to be removed.
